ID0P3M3I @ IMVU
ID0P3M3I@IMVU seems to be a newer dev and not too much of a threat but don’t ignore this. She is beginner at thieving and next thing you know she’ll have pro and stealing your own things. Catch em’ early so they learn. Here are some pictures proving her of stealing bottoms from Moonrise@IMVU, a skin from CheSav@IMVU and a dress from Nygiaz@IMVU.

Nexos @ IMVU
Nexos@IMVU is a very popular dev, but they are a thief. Below is the proof, a comparison next to Zephyr@IMVU’s skin. Nexos just edits and re-uploads the skin textures stolen from others.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Below is more proof, this time stealing from Cracker@IMVU. Nexos blurred and smudged a lot of the fine details out, but Cracker has done the honor of turning up the contrast of the photo of the stolen skin by Nexos so you can actually see the lines they attempted to cover.

Arges @ IMVU
Arges@IMVU is pretty well known, but how many people know they are a thief? …Probably a lot considering it’s pretty obvious. Here are some screenshots of Arges’ eyes compared to 0bey@IMVU’s eyes. They have stolen a lot of eyes from 0bey. Arges’ shop also contains many stolen skins and other things.

ewu @ IMVU
ewu@IMVU gets a lot of recognition for constantly being in the front pages of shop, and not enough for being a thief. There is a lot of proof against them, but here are a few blatant ones. Stolen shoes form Chop@IMVU and stolen eyes from Nutsbar@IMVU.

Burp: Texture Thief
Report
IMVU user Burp (used to be Ramin) has stolen an old mesh head texture from Goho (poor child)
Proof (this post is image heavy)
Goho MH display | PID 28529703
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“Burp” MH display PID 31945368
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Just because you manipulate a stolen texture does not make it your own!
Action
Was contacted by a friend of Goho’s stating that the head be removed or a DMCA will be filed. A DMCA will also be filed if the head should ever be put back up
After receiving the PM, Burp messaged Goho “her texture” while saying it looks nothing alike and the situation was “BS”.
The head was taken down.

Ya'll gon' learn today!
Do you guys remember Phyric? No? How about Parce? Yes? Well you sure as hell should remember Melop.  Let me splain’ a thing to all my followers and hopefully more. Phyric@IMVU was banned from IMVU about a year or so ago. The reason? Imvu caught her having a texture extractor downloaded to her client. That means she was stealing other creators textures. She was applying them to her own stuff and publishing it. (if you’re wondering how there is a snap of the ticket where imvu told her why she was banned it’s because she got on alt and took the snap and showed to a friend who realized she was a bad person)
Tumblr media
She then changed her alt’s name to Parce. Which I’m sure a lot of you have heard that name. She was starting all new, she’d lost some friends and gained some, woe is her. However, new account and all, she was still stealing textures. The picture below is a comparison between Scarling and Parce.
Tumblr media
Notice the mesh head please. The head on the left is by Parce and the one on the right is by Scarling. Now scarling derived from this head to get hers to look like that. But the two heads are so similar. So far as even having the odd mesh head bit under the chin.  They’re identical.
Tumblr media
Moving along though! A few other dev’s found their stolen work and DMCA’d her. These all stacked up enough that IMVU revoked her creator rights.   In steps the user Melop@IMVU. Wow, a new dev. She must be great huh? Noooootttt. She’s already stolen. :) Shocker right? If she didn’t learn her lesson going after a big name dev like Scarling then hopefully she can by stealing skins from her next victim. Who might that be? None other than Awkward@IMVU. Here is a gif comparing the two skin. Pay attention to the eyelids and lips.
Tumblr media
Many people wonder how this girl is getting away with it. It’s simply because she is taking different skin aspects from people and pasting them on her. A nose by one dev, some ears by another, the collarbones by a different one. She is literally Frankenstein stitching skins. I have to admit she is good at it. It takes a lot of effort to put all that time in making a skin so unrecognizable I’m sure. However it is so wrong.     You can’t just stitch together parts of skins like that and call it “made by hand”. You are taking the credit for others works.   When she was first caught with the extractor she told everyone she had it downloaded cause she lost her files. That is a really good lie. Here’s the thing though, in all the searching about downloading her files how did she TOTALLY miss that you can re-download them from the IMVU client without having some shady extractor that she probably paid 20$ for.    Here is the kicker though! Awkward called Melop out for the theft after numerous people told Awkward someone stole her skin. Awkward invited Melop to a private chat eventually and both Awkward and Melop showed watermarked images of their heads. Awkwards watermark has the teal writing on it. Melop’s has the peach.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The two have identical eyes, identical noses, and very identical lips. Notice how Awkward’s lips have the teal watermark over them? Then someone please explain to me how Parce was able to provide a gif of Awkward’s lips that don’t have the watermark on them. Awkward never proved her with one. ->
Tumblr media
I love how she jokingly put “oral herpes” over Awkward’s lips when the only disease around here is her. But again, how does Melop have this flat version of Awkward’s lip….cause she has a texture extractor. I have this gif because Melop had a skin shop and someone called her out for it again and she felt the need to show proof.  You can look at icons and tell Melop has stolen from Awkward. (she is claiming a ‘friend of a friend’ made the gif, how convenient)  tl;dr? Phyric = Parce = Melop = she is going to steal your textures and get away with it cause she is sneaky. She is going to sell you stolen textures and you’re going to waste credits.    She’s claiming 2 years has passed since she stole textures and she isn’t now. Clearly that is false.

Notice how certain things are exactly identical even though they weren’t provided with the mesh. These are all products that have been confirmed to be infringing upon the original uploader’s (based on PID) copyright. Please take a moment to consider who it is you’re buying/deriving/otherwise supporting on IMVU.  ewu, ewo, and uwu are all owned by the same person.
