At least, at the moment."     He watched her as she moved her hands about her face, changing her appearance slightly. It didn't matter to him how she looked. In the end, they all looked the same.      "Amara..."      He had not heard of her. He took that as a good sign.     "I am Greyson."

Lips pressed into a hard line upon hearing the male’s words, and a sigh passed the girl’s lips. He was right, though; he didn’t know a thing about her, and with how she’d acted, he had reason to be cautious. After all, she hadn’t told him what she was. Hands raised, and she wiped her eyes with the back of her hands and did her best to smooth down the brunette tangles that were her hair.
