People always talk about Ikigai or Wabi-sabi or Kintsugi, but no one talks about Ma.

The concept is: through gaps, an artwork is created. Through pauses, a melody is composed. Through spaces, words are formed into sentences. And through silences, peace is rewarded. Ma celebrates emptiness as a form.

We've always known how positive + negative attract, but we never really understood that it doesn't just apply to magnets and batteries. It also applies to how we see things. How without the negative experiences, we wouldn't rewrite our histories and aim for positive outcomes.

Found a reel (again) that says if after the breakup, they post themselves enjoying life, traveling, etc., let them. Because in the future, while they were enjoying themselves, you were working on yourself and you'll be better than them.

The thing is, why does everything have anything to do with an ex? Kaya nga nag break na diba? To cut off connections. So why is it that before you allow yourself to enjoy, kailangan mo muna i-take into account yung mafifeel or iisipin ng EX mo? Na "ay hindi ko pwedeng i-post to kasi makikita niya na masaya ako at nageenjoy imbes na nagwowork ako to be the best version of myself."

I could be enjoying AND working on myself at the same time. This "lock in" mentality is getting way out of hand for some people and nakakairita.

You can "lock in" but remember that you also hold the key. You're allowed to lock yourself out sometimes, too. I mean, what are you locking in for ba in the first place? To afford the privileges of life, diba? Lock in ka ng lock in baka mamatay ka niyan, di mo maenjoy.

Naalala ko nung college, I have a bisexual best friend, tapos lagi kaming naiissue na mag jowa daw kami. Recently may nakita akong reel na may context of "me and the girl I face lesbian issues with" kaya tinag ko siya and tawang tawa kami kasi for almost our entire time together during college, naiissue kami kahit kasama na namin yung iba pa naming friends. Tapos doon naman sa una kong tumblr account, ang dami kong narereceive na ask kung bi ba ako or lesbian ba ako. Yung mom ko din napapaisip na ba kung tomboy ba ako, to the point na harap-harapan tinanong na niya ako kung tomboy ba ako kasi hindi daw ako nag bboyfriend (wala lang siyang alam).

Ganun ba talaga yung ginigive off kong energy? Hindi naman sa tinetake as offense ko na akala nila gay ako, pero nakakataka lang kasi ang arte arte ko. Hobby ko mag inarte at 2 am tapos magttake ako ng pictures then buburahin ko na.

Siguro ang masculine ko na lang talaga kasi dun ako sanay eh. Yun yung survival tactic ko growing up. Wala akong chance ilabas yung femininity ko kasi wala naman akong masculine figure na madedepend-an.
