Real quick, I need to put this shit out there. Feel free to ignore this post but I sorta want advice on what I should do? It's just a romantic self shipping problem though so probably shouldn't be read too much into lmaooo

Alright. I always get nervous and guilty if I have the same f/o as someone. Like, I'm a super insecure person and whenever I see someone else being like " Yo, This character is my f/o " which is not bad!!! Everyone deserves to feel loved and validated! But I always grow insecure and nervous, I have been since I was young and I hate it. But with self shipping, It just makes me think like " Oh. They'd clearly be a better partner/pairing than me. Why the hell would f/o like me?? I'm not even their type and that person clearly loves them alot! Am I taking them away from that person?? Shit. Ah Well, They'd like them more than me anyways. " which is also how I feel when I see canon pairings, but it just gets worse and worse as I think about it more. Like the other person deserves it more than I do. I've actually ignoring my feelings for a few f/o's because of it in fear I'll upset someone for liking a character and engaging in self shipping tomfoolery. I hate it and really want some advice. I want to enjoy characters but with the risk of upsetting others always leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Dumbo - what stands out to you the most about your f/o?

I couldn't decide between what physically strikes me and what personality wise makes her stand out.

Physically ♡ Her face, Her attire is usually super dark and with her huge ammount of hair. It makes her face stand out more. The paint helps it too, puts emphasis on her nice eyes and just her pretty as fuck face. Like I'd love to just hold it inbetween my hands and stare at it.

Personality ♡ She's so calm, She's very soothing and it helps alot. It stood out to me the moment I came across her, The way she was able to just keep things calm and in control. Which is an absolute great skill to have!  But it also stood out alot because you don't see it much on alternia, I can really appreciate it ':D

Robin Hood - are you an adventurous couple or are you more into the domestic life?

Ehh, I'd say more adventurous, But we can still be domestic. Like,,, I prefer the indoors, Chahut enjoys going outdoors so she tends to drag me out alot, whether it's to clown church or to get more paint. She plans a variety of outdoor activities, Which are always fun. I enjoy spending time with her like that but also just chilling out in my natural habitat aka indoors. I try to get her to stay and cuddle with me there. Sometimes it works, Sometimes she just carries me to the activity... Not that I'm complainig. But yeah, more adventurous n' stuff than domestic.
