this was a tough one. here's a few ideas i came up with, loosely grouped by category. you can check out way more comprehensive lists of jobs ideas here and here. my only rule is no cops

business owner, especially of a cafe or other place everyone could hang out

piano/guitar/etc. teacher, dance teacher, someone else that could work with the kids outside of school

personal trainer/ yoga instructor/ cooking teacher/ someone else the adults could take a class with or something in that vein

pediatrician, ob/gyn, er doctor or nurse

high school or middle school teacher

artist or craftsperson

uber driver, doordasher etc.

voice actor

employee for a non profit (any capacity)

office workers (there's some ideas here)

anything a little kid would think is cool ex. zookeeper or firefighter

thank you! you can totally still join! no knowledge about the show is needed. imo if you've used discord before roleplaying there is fairly straightforward, and even if you haven't it should still be doable. if you ever have any questions about discord i'd be happy to help.
