My vision for retired brocedes is a Nico who has a little bit of tub on him (he is still quite active because he enjoys working out but is no longer on his silver war dieting shit) and an absolutely massive, heavily muscled Lewis because he doesn’t have to worry about weight and can lift as much as he wants. I will say however that brocedes will likely remain neurotic and obsessive into their old age and will probably not ever get to this unproblematic body-neutral point
