Reader Pov:

Today was the worst. We trained all day, I barely had any sleep, and we got no breaks at all. To top it all off, Kai had invited Skylor over to train with us, and god. I swear they were doing it on purpose, they’d flirt around ONLY when I was around, what the fuck!??! It was a known fact to the Ninja that Kai had a crush on me, and so did I. Only the both of us were oblivious of these feelings towards each other. He didn’t make a move on me so it felt like there was a hole in the middle of my heart, of course I didn’t let that affect my training as a Ninja. I relied on dating apps and went on plenty blind dates which now I look back on didn’t go so well. But thats besides the point. What I want to know is if Kai truly cared and truly liked me, why would he pull this ‘stunt?”

“You okay Y/N? You look a little annoyed.” Nya worried out loud while they ate dinner, “Yeah I’m fine. Just tired from training I guess.” I replied quickly. I messed with my food for a while, with no appetite to eat. I looked up to see Skylor and Kai giggling and being all gushy which was disgusting. “The food was delicious Zane but I think I’m going to bed now.” I abruptly put the utensils down and stormed out the room leaving everyone flabbergasted.

I was in my room punching the punching bag that hung near my desk. I couldn’t tell what time it was but dinner was for sure over. In anger I punched and kicked it taking all my anger out until my knuckles were red.

I heard the door creek open but I didn’t pay any attention to it. I could feel his gaze at my back. “What do you want Kai.” I said continuing to punch the shit out of the punching bag. “I just want to know why you’ve been acting so... weird today.” He said a bit of annoyance was obvious in his voice. “Go away,” I said finally stopping and looking at him. “No. Just tell me what it is, why are you being such a bitch lately?!” His voice raising. I ignored him for a second, “Y/n! Cut the bullshit already, what the hell is wrong with you?!?” He shouted. I looked him in the eye, when I’m around him I felt nervous, but also dominated with out him even having to try, so when he’s mad at me, its scary...

“Okay you wanna know why I’m being such a BITCH lately?! Well thats BECAUSE I HAVE A FUCKING CRUSH ON YOU. OKAY? Is that you wanna hear?!” I shouted finally his eyes softened a little but he still seemed angry. “IS THAT WHY YOU’VE BEEN SO RUDE TO SKYLOR ALL WEEK?! IF YOU LIKE ME YOU DIDN’T HAVE TO TAKE IT OUT ON SKYLOR JUST BECAUSE SHE’S A GIRL WHO’S AROUND ME,” He shouted. Our voices were for sure heard around the whole monastery for the Ninja to hear. “ITS NOT JUST BECAUSE SHE’S AROUND YOU OKAY. YOU HAVE BEEN HANGING OUT WITH HER BEING ALL GUSHY GUSHY AROUND EVERYONE! MIGHT AS WELL FUCKING BE WITH HER,” I screamed. “IS THAT WHAT IT IS? YOU’RE JEALOUS? OKAY? WHAT IF I TOLD YOU I LIKED YOU TOO. BUT THAT WOULDN’T MATTER BECAUSE YOU’VE PROBABLY BEEN WHORING AROUND WITH COLE? ALL THIS TIME? MAYBE EVEN LLOYD.” Kai came closer to you to try and prove dominance but I pushed him away. “You asshole don’t bring up cole and Lloyd to this fight.!” I wanted to cry but there was an unfamiliar tension between us. We looked at each others eyes for a few seconds until Kai finally gave in and pushed me to my desk making me sit on it and kissing me roughly. I kissed back just as rough wrapping arms around his neck as he pushed his body against mine. “Well then.. don’t... bring...up skylor,” His voice seethed in between kisses....................

Meanwhile in the living room, Nya, Jay, Cole, Lloyd, and Zane could OBVIOUSLY hear the both fucking the living shit out of each other, they could even hear a couple of insults come both ways. “That is disgusting.” Jay whined on Nya’s lap covering his ears as the rest made faces.
