TFTGS Inktober Day Twenty-Three: Sabine
Almost fully caught up with my personal inktober challenge!!! Yahoo!!!
Now here’s a character I’m kind of obsessed with even though there’s not that many details about her in canon: Sabine!!!
Also, as per usual, disclaimer that these are my personal designs for all the characters! Just kinda havin’ fun :’3 Probably gonna post days 24 and 25 tomorrow, because I have other things I need to get done tonight haha!!
[Image Description: A greyscale drawing of Sabine from the Tales From the Gas Station series as shown in my style, depicted from the shoulders up in a ¾ view and facing the left. Sabine is a young woman with thick, dark, slightly wavy hair, winged eyeliner, and freckles on her face. In the drawing, Sabine is wearing a white collared shirt and has one hand lifted, lightly brushing her face as she looks towards the viewer. The background has a gradient on it from light to dark, and there is a semi-transparent polka dog effect over the whole piece, as well as a texture like grainy paper. The corners of the piece are darker than the rest, creating an effect like a halo of light. White handwritten text above Sabine’s head reads: “23. SABINE” / End ID.]

Jerry, trying to cheer the group up: Things could be worse, you know!
Jack: How?
Jerry: How what?
Jack: How could they be worse?
Jerry: They couldn’t, I lied.

“It’s a world out there, partner. You need to watch the edges, or you might fall into the gloom.”
Idk if that’s the exact quote cause I’m listening to book #3 on audible lol But anywho, this little scene between Jack and the Bathroom Cowboy inspired me and I kinda like how it turned out!
