like. he's constantly insisting that he's not what he is. He is uthman. How much he genuinely believes this is unclear, like, does he know, at some level, that he isn't? that he's not the man he feels as if he should be?

He insists he's human, that he's better than the other mascots, that he's not one of them. And with the new reveal thingy like, he was right. He's something considered even lower than them, he's a mutant. Whether he replaced the blue guy out of his own choice or it was forced apon him, his whole deal is trying to be something he obviously is not.

I wonder how much of this is intentional and how much of this is me overthinking it
