So, no, she wasn’t surprised when she looked up and saw a car heading straight toward the ambo just a few hours into her fourth ever shift with Portland FD.

They just parked at a vehicle accident. Her partner had already stepped out of the driver’s side, but just as Sylvie reached for her door handle a car came speeding out of opposing traffic and rammed the ambo head on. Sending the ambo backwards into the existing vehicle accident.

I’m wrong 90% of the time, but I posted this in October of 2022 after 11x05 aired and about 10 days before the 11x08 synopsis about Violet pushing Sylvie to date again came out.

I’m sad that the writers aren’t more creative and don’t seem to value their paramedics outside of romantic storylines, but feel extremely lucky that Sylvie is getting a happy ending when most characters on CF don’t. I’d much rather them write Sylvie off than continue to neglect her.
