      A shaky breath, his foot pressing down onto the step, blood running down each stone as quickly as the sweat that ran down his face. His body ached, his legs wobbled, yet the Star of Benevolence refused to falter.

      The lashes, the cuts and injuries all from his previous torture in the cell of that palace had blood seeping through his clothes, the wounds on his legs from Souther’s attack spurting with blood. Your wings have been clipped, Souther told him, you will never be able to use your Nanto Hakurou Ken ever again. Indeed, Shuu expected this... But he didn’t expect such immense cruelty even from him.

      To achieve godhood... It was something unimaginable for Shuu.

      He had witnessed many things-- Davoth and Kahann as primevals, Hell itself, demons and wars, dealt with gods such as Rigel and even Zamai herself... And currently, Shuu found himself squinting his milky eyes as his head tilted in the direction of his scars, of his iridescent, glimmering blood... Instead of crimson from what he could feel, it was a mix of gold and... perhaps diamond, as well...

      His wounds were slowly healed as time went on, finding himself dressed in new attire. His old belt from his resistance days, along with his old bracers and chains around his neck, with a cropped sarashi around his waist beneath the belt, along with a long, long bottom half of a kimono, slightly open to reveal a bit of his legs.

      “ ... This is so strange... ” Shuu mumbled, meekly tapping at his cheek while his other hand lifted up, a strange... floating creation above his palm... He was trying to make something... well, difficult. A world, of sorts-- every detail was being accounted for in his head, and he couldn’t help but think about it. A serene little world... just for if he needed to be alone, or be alone with one other person.

      “ I can... create worlds, in the palm of my hand. Little people, too... ” After his battle with Zamai... he couldn’t believe he accepted to become the God of Creation.
