do you have a favorite color?

cant pick just one but i enjoy blues (especially the ones more greenish or light/cyan, further away from purple), oranges, warm yellows, greens, browns.

blue colors are easiest for me to work with art-wise and i gravitate towards blue and the kinds of yellow and oranges i find nice when it comes to mundane items that i want. i especially like it when blue and orange/yellow are together, they are best friends :)

everything is going well... going haha. and it's not long at all just 4 more days!! I am super excited but it also feels kinda surreal like I wont actually believe it's happening until I see them on stage, in front of me, with my very own two eye HAHAHA. everything is slowly getting there I have a majority of everything pack whatever else is left I'll just throw in my suitcase before I leave and yesss my hair is still lookin good, I actually just touched up the purple this past weekend!!

what exercises did you do to learn how to roll r's? i used to be able to do that as well but when we moved to germany my kindergarten teacher sent me to a speech-therapist who ended up training my rolling r away. and now i can't seem to relearn it again.

hi hello sorry for replying so late! 🩷

first of all where does your speech therapist live asking for a friend

so, this is how i did it: relax your tongue and make a tapping motion with it against your palate right behind the teeth while saying something random like for example aaaa-tap-aaaa. the goal is basically to repeat this motion by making your tongue vibrate

i personally can only roll the /r/ if i start from below, meaning my tongue has no contact to the palate at first, but the vibrating is initiated by flipping it up. it's also easier for me if i tip my head up a lil

try practicing the tapping motion in different phoneme contexts (e.g. Robin, morgon, rucola 🤧), while your tongue should always be relaxed. put lots of air behind it. as mentioned, i did it for ca. 20 minutes every evening and one day it just started vibrating a little and i could work with that

I WON'T I'm just gonna sit and stew until these feelings kill me 😠😠😳😠 Okay, in reality when I talk about this with my girlfriend (cuz keep in mind this is a polyship with my gf Jane as well uwu), I imagine it as confessing my feelings for Aran to her first, since I'd feel guilty and like I was coming between them. But I'm sure Jane would be like "oh you know we can all just date right" and I'm like whuh 😂 Which would probably lead to the three of us meeting up and discussing if we're all okay becoming a polycule - so of course, that includes admittinf I have feelings for Aran... god I bet he'd be so smug about that UUUUUUGGGHHH

Hhhhrrrrmm I mean, I feel like even as I wanted to keep my feelings a secret, I wouldn't be very good at hiding them 😭 I feel like the biggest moment that would pretty much give it away would be a night where Jane and I are watching one of Aran's boxing matches on TV and without even thinking I just go "man ur boyfriend is so hot." There would just be this TENSE moment of silence after that as I realized what I said but when Jane tries to bring it up again I'm just like "NOPE IDK WHAT UR TALKING ABOUT HAHA". I'd probably end up actually confessing like, a week later tho...
