I like the idea of them basically being this surface level normal level of corrupt corporation, with it being more and more horrific the more you dig into it. On the surface, it’s simply a massive conglomerate that stretches across the cosmos. It funds and performs research in various fields (mostly Space Travel, Teleportation, Energy Production being the biggest). This said it basically has hands in everything with subsidiaries that focus on sales and products from food to housing in the side of the galaxy they’ve taken root in. Oddly enough, they never really hire anyone for anything too deep in the company management side. It’s mostly very surface level staff, and a never changing deeper set of people.

In order to keep and maintain these resources they have to continuously expand like a cancer—constant claiming of new planets, territory, resources, anything and everything. Of course there’s not an infinite number of people or workers, especially those willing to do such a thing so immoral. To fix this, they have some specific sections deep within the underbelly, utilizing human experimentation in the form of cloning to produce constant cheap labor that’s easily discardable and with little cost/loss. The clone batches are split into 4 groups, though I might shrink it down to three since Liber is more fodder

Legio Juno - Cloning and Rearing of Clones until future assignment
