February 7th, 1998. Wedding pictures on the day we said our vows before Almighty God, family and friends that we will take hold of each other as husband and wife, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until death do us part. What does this silver jubilee (25th anniversary) mean to us? It just means we keep going through the seasons in life to make our marriage work the way God intended for it - a reflection of His love for all of us and His Church. As God has blessed us so much, we know we are called to share those blessings with others. It has not been an easy journey. Do we fight? Of course we do! But we hold on to each other for dear life and we work through the issues because that’s exactly what our Heavenly Father expects of us and He’d do far more for us.
