Who's doing @muneeza_medical_intuitive 's Intuitive Spring Cleanse with me? Today is Day 3! How are you faring? What's coming up? Yesterday I had potatoes and salad for lunch, but the rest of my day was liquids. Smoothies, teas, juices. All fat free and thyroid healing foods. In the day I was having that great emotional detox, feeling all the big feelings, but by evening it was clearing. We were talking about compassion in the group, and I got some amazing support that really moved me, and helped me move through. You never know how well-timed kind words will go right into your heart and help you release what you have been holding on to. I am so grateful for that, and for this community! Did my castor oil pack last night, and I'm ready for Day 3! Let's go! It鈥檚 that magic number day 7! You鈥檝e made it a whole week!!! 馃槂馃檶馃徎馃槂馃檶馃徎 . I鈥檓 going to keep this post short, but I do want to say that you should all give yourself a big pat on the back for making it through week one of the challenge. 馃憦馃徎 . The beginning is often the hardest part. New habits being made and new symptoms too possibly. Feeling tired, uncomfortable, getting used to new things. 馃槾 Ahhh detox 馃槖 . I sure as shit didn鈥檛 expect it to be so much extra work, doing just one more juice during the day, but boy it has been and I鈥檝e felt it ~ but ultimately it鈥檚 been good and allllll worth it. 馃憣馃徎馃馃挅 . I鈥檓 so grateful to be on this cleanse with all of you love bugs. Seriously, you guys and gals are amazing and truly special people with some very big hearts 鈾ワ笍 and I just adore you all 馃槏馃ぉ馃挄 (at Under the Bodhi Tree)

Oh my gosh, am I falling in love with these incredibly simple meals lately! Those heirloom tomatoes the other day made me want more! But we were out. Instead, I made this delicious delicious recipe: 馃尶 In a bowl, combine: Two cucumbers, peeled and sliced Several radishes, sliced Several sprigs of fresh dill, chopped Diced red onion Juice of 1 lemon Maple syrup to taste S & P to taste 馃尶 Toss to combine. I'm sure this would be really good if you left it to marinate but I couldn't wait. It's crazy good. I'd call this one serving. Enjoy! 馃尶 From @medicalmedium: "The high fiber content of cucumbers makes it an excellent remedy for constipation by adding bulk and hydration directly to the colon. It was so good, I ate the other two as well, I couldn't resist!
