Past Jobs: She’s been a guard for caravans ever since leaving the circle, but has taken small jobs in-between ‘vans for a bit extra. Once helped an elderly man sort out his garden for a couple of weeks and it was the highlight of her year.

Likes: Plants - she most certainly speaks to plants like they are people; may sing to them if she feels like it. Dancing; she’s good at it! Loves all of her friends so much they are her family hands down, though she might like Blade a bit differently than the others.

Dislikes: Crowded places tend to overwhelm, but she hides her discomfort well if necessary. Regardless of this, she is still very good with people. Dislikes melons of any kind, they feel weird to eat.

Strengths: Diplomacy, Problem Solving, Born Leader (doesn’t know it), Unexpected: seems “too kind” and oblivious but she has a lot of fire and passion about standing up for people.

Trouble Alder - They can be very similar to each other sometimes. Daenym’s lack of certain social knowledge can cause her to seem oblivious while Trouble is literally the definition of a himbo. She is usually acting as his voice or reason if one is needed but she would never step on his toes and always lets him make his own decisions.

Chase Trinaeste - Daenym is curious by nature and Chase finds her interesting. At first it was kind of funny, maybe even a little cute, and now he finds it very endearing in only a way that Chase could. Their relationship is her going “can I try” and him saying “yes absolutely” because he finds it funny how she always manages to do well when it’s her first time trying something. She’s also crazy nice to him so if anything were to happen to her it would likely sting a lot more than he wants it to.

Tallys Ironwood - Daenym usually greets Tallys in a traditionally Elvish way, not only for Tallys but because Daenym herself misses doing that with her family. They can have a bit of a competitive streak with each other but they enjoy the presence of someone who understands them. Also they have been known to just disappear into wooded areas for a while just to talk about their shared interests; mainly animals and plants. Every day, Tallys is amazed at the new form of braid Daenym does to her hair, which often leads to a conversation where Daenym begs to put a small braid in her friend’s short hair. Eventually Tallys may let her but she's going to make Daenym promise to keep it simple if she ever does agree.

Red Antiqua - It has been 10 years since Daenym last saw Red and yet their relationship is just as full of trust as before. Naturally, her ability to be stubborn and challenge authority that she doesn't agree with still makes Red want to evaporate due to stress, but he finds it very Daenym of her to apologize for causing him discomfort but not for putting herself in a sticky situation. Red understands what he found attractive in her all those years ago just as Daenym does with him, but they are both oddly happy they didn't stay together. Them splitting up allowed them to reconnect and help each other, and they agree the time apart has made their friendship stronger. Daenym trusts Red with her life and vise versa. The two of them, Neon, and Pan make up their old friend group, and the dynamic really hasn't changed in Daenym's 10 year absence.

Blade Bronwyn - Blade was not someone Daenym ever expected, but in her natural desire to befriend her new coworkers, she met up with him on her first day off. When he’d asked why she wanted to spend time with him, she was shocked to find that she didn’t have an answer; she just wanted to be near him because it felt right. Ever since then, Daenym has been pretty obvious with her affection but she keeps it subtle out of fear that she’ll make Blade uncomfortable. She adores everything he does. From his awkward coughs to the focused face he makes during meetings, she gradually gets to where sometimes the smallest things make her smile at him, which only confuses poor Blade. Yes, she is so oblivious she has no idea her affections are returned. Yes it is a headache for the other Shepherds. Send help.

First Kiss Scenario: Your first kiss with Blade happens as an orchestrated effort on the behalf of the other Shepherds, who were sick to death of watching you two dance around the issue. (Oh Hael, that's canon. Haha, just kidding… unless?)

Enemies: When I asked she gave me a very “wounded puppy” look because the last thing Daenym wants to do is inconvenience others. Though she doesn’t really like any of the soldiers around Haven who act entitled and mean to the citizens or her Shepherd family. “They are very rude and I would like to talk with them about it. Do you think we could come to an agreement? I’ll take on any challenges they have!”
