Daniel Bwala meets Tinubu in France amidst rumours of defection
Daniel Bwala, the former spokesperson for the Atiku Abubakar campaign organization, was seen in France today with President Bola Tinubu amidst rumours of defection. "It was a pleasure to meet with the father of the nation @officialABAT President Bola Tinubu in Paris today. He continues to share his thoughts and demonstrate his passion to lead Nigeria out of the woods." The politician shared this information on his social media account. This comes after Bwala's previous visit to President Tinubu at Aso Rock, the Nigerian seat of power, on the 10th of January 2024. After this visit, Nigerians accused him of joining the APC, but Bwala cleared himself of these allegations on Channels TV. He stated that he visited the president to commend him on how he has handled the insecurity challenges in the country. The recently surfaced picture on social media of Bwala with President Tinubu has raised the question of whether he is still with the PDP or has joined Tinubu's party, considering his recent close association with the president. It is worth noting that President Tinubu had travelled to France on a private visit last weekend. Daniel Bwala was one of most outspoken opposition to President Tinubu's bid during the last general election held in 2023. Read the full article

The first batch of over two dozen Bastion vehicles have arrived in Armenia.he Defense Ministry declined to explicitly confirm the delivery. The APCs manufactured by the French company Arquus were not part of defense contracts signed by French Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu and his Armenian counterpart Suren Papikyan during the latter’s visit to Paris in late October. One of those deal calls for Armenia’s purchase of three Thales-made GM 200 radars…

By • Olalekan Fagbade BREAKING: Peter Obi, Labour Party failed to proof how they scored majority of votes – Tribunal The Presidential Election Petitions Court has held that the Labour Pary (LP) and its presidential candidate, Peter Obi, failed to specify how they scored the majority of lawful votes in the February 25 presidential election. In the lead judgment read by Justice Abba Bello Mohammed, said the political party made generic allegations of irregularities, suppression of votes and corrupt practices to rob them of their votes, especially in Rivers, Benue, Lagos, Taraba, Imo and Osun states but failed to specify the polling units affected. Justice Mohammed further held that LP also failed to prove the allegations of overvoting against the All Progressives Congress (APC) and their actual reduced votes. Details later… #Peterobifailedtoproofhowhescoredmajorityofvotes
