So.... I haven't posted a lot since the end of C2. The whole reason I came to Tumblr was because of those idiots known as The Mighty Nein. They were the best bunch of adventurers out there in my book & there really hasn't been not an episode of C3 that made me want to post. That was until last Thursday. Episode 33, Blood and Dust was AH-MAZING! If you haven't watched it yet, bewarned, there will be SPOILERS. . . . . . . . . . Okay, if you are still here & haven't watched it yet, too bad. This episode was one of the best in this campaign. I am someone who loves angst. In C2, *The King's Cage* followed by *The Cathedral* then *Punishment & Politics*. Even though there were no deaths in those episodes, it was still filled with a lot of unknowns. Not sure if Beau was going to die at Yasha's hand or if Obann was going to defeat them in the basement. *Blood & Dust* felt the same way. We don't know what this Thursday will bring. Will Orym or Fearne come back, or will we meet new characters in the coming weeks? I know I know I know. A lot of people are upset that this happened & pissed that they were killed. If the game did not have dire consequences, it would not be a fun game to play. I have died in my DnD game before & it sucked. We had a person with us who literally stabbed the other players in the back & killed all of us. It fucking sucked so bad. BUt it is part of the reason why I love this game & I love watching CR. You never know what will happen. But I do want to tip my proverbial hat at the cast though, especially Laura Freaking Bailey. Imogen is one of the best characters in this game & it is all because of Laura. I have been a Laura fan from day one. I love watching her expressions & how emotional she gets at the table. They all got a little emotional to be honest & rightly so. It was an emotional show. I love love love this group of people & no one more than Matt. He made a point to Tweet that he is impacted by the death of a PC just like the table is. He also gives that player the option on what they want to do next. So if Orym doesn't come back, it is not Matt's fault, it is Liam's. Same with Fearne. Liam & Ashley may already have other PC's rolled for just an occasion. Who knows. We sure as hell don't! BUT BUT BUT No one should be bashing them. AT ALL. As I have always said, this is their game & we are just lucky enough to have a chance to watch them. I am so looking forward to what plays out on Thursday. One way or another, the game will go on & will be right there to see what happens. **Not sure who to credit for the pic, but it's from the episode thumbnail**
