Once a Hamato, always a Hamato
Chapter 1
Pain. It was a feeling that surrounded him, filling his body..

It was dumb. His plan… yeah, it worked, but now he was here, trapped with the Kraang. Said Kraang wanted to kill him… slowly probably.

It hurt… but he forced himself to not break. Not here, not in front of the enemy. He deserved it… If it wasn't for him screwing up getting the key the first time, Maybe the almost apocalypse wouldn't have even come to pass.

He curled up more, tears flowing against his will as he held the picture close to his chest.. It was the picture future boy brought with him if he recalled… the one of him and his family. It… hurt to look at it. It hurt because he most likely won't ever see them again.

He won't get to tell them his puns and jokes anymore.. He won't get scolded by Raph, or brought into cuddles by Mikey. He won't ever hang with his twin… or April or Cass..

He won't get to know Future boy-... Casey better.

And he for sure won't get to be around the rest of his family.. His dad…
A sob forced its way out of him, it sounding against his will. He closed his eyes tightly, shaky breaths following.
.... It was weird, how upset he was and yet... He wouldn't want to change the outcome... At least this way, his family could be safe now.. And the world as well! He didn't regret it one bit...

He froze when what sounded like zzzrt echoed through the quiet, a golden portal forming a few feet in front of him. He sharply inhaled as familiar faces came into few on the other side, their tearfilled gazes turning to disbelief and relief.

He smiled wetly, his tears falling freely as relief filled him," took you long enough…"
That relief turned to fear as he heard a shriek behind him, a tentical wrapping itself around his leg as he was dragged away. He yelled out, fear gripping his heart as he tried to get the alien away from him.

His brothers yelled , Raph growling as he reached his arm in as his mystic powers activated," Oh no you don't! Hang on , Leo!"

Raph made to grab Leo with his mystic arm, barely managing to grab a hold of the slider's arm. He kept trying to tug the smaller free, Leo scrambling to grab hold of his older brother's magic arm.

Donnie was next, him yelling," You let my twin go you Slimey distgustingness!" He shot a drill at the alien, the Kraang screeching even more.

Leo , even tho he and his brothers were trying to get him away from the creature, it wasn't working. The Kraang only brought Leo closer, it screeching about 'not losing its revenge' or something like that. The slider was barely paying attention to what it was saying,  him more so panicking at how his arm was slowly slipping from his brother's grasp.

"NONONONONONO-", Leo repeatedly yelled out, clinging onto the arm with all his might.

Donnie kept shooting the Kraang with his mystic tech, panic forming on his face when he noticed the creature not releasing his brother. Mikey was crying heavily, straining to keep the portal open.
Raph screamed his name, panic in his voice as Leo slipped out of his mystic arm. The last he saw of his brothers was the panicked terrorfilled expressions before the portal close, leaving Leo to his fate in the prison dimension.

"No…", the slider's voice cracked, a sob leaving him as his hand kept reaching for where the portal once was.

A cackle left the creature behind him, it's voice victorious as it spoke condescendingly," Yesss! "
The pain was unbearable. He cried out as he was slammed into a rock surface, a loud crack following. The Kraang only basked in the slider's suffering, shrieks of anger fueled glee leaving the creature.

He was thrown towards somewhere then, impacting one of the floating bits that sent him flailing into a different direction. Blood had starting leaking from his mouth, it floating away from him. He closed his eyes tightly as a cough left him from the impacts, more blood leaving him. He most likely had several broken bones, a grimace forming on his face at the fact.

… he won't get to heal up, the alien torturing him won't let him. Even with his 'fast healing' ability, it didn't help much with how he was getting new wounds..
He landed on one of the floating rocks, it big enough for the slider to land on. He shuddered, curling up as a whimper left him.

This… this was awful. So so much worse…

The Kraang was even more angry when it realized it lost its chance to go back to earth, so full of hatred for the slider. So it tortured him even more than before, enjoying the pain it inflicted on him.
His tears had run dry a while back, the pain that racked his body making it hard to think about anything else.
At some point he thought he passed out, the pain too much for him to handle…
When he woke back up, he was in some… white void? It was empty, he couldn't see anything for miles. He sat up stiffly, tense as he looked around quickly. Was he in some kind of dream? I mean, why else would he be here instead of where he fell asleep? Speaking of which, if he was in fact dreaming, what was happening to him outside of his dream? What if the Kraang found him again and him unable to wake up to escape the other? He probably will die if he stays asleep…

Unless he's already dead? Killed off while he's sleeping? Nah, the alien probably would want him awake for that.

He took a deep breath, tempting his nerves to calm down. There's one way to settle this dream debate.

He pinched himself, sharply inhaling as he felt a flare of pain from it. He stilled , eyes widening as he pinched himself again just to be sure.

It was the same result, his heart sinking with dread as he tensed. No… He.. Can he feel pain in dreams??? No, he didn't think so.

Which leads to fear at the thought of him ending up actually dead. His hands balled up into fists, his breathing coming out more ragged as slight panic filled him.

He spoke, his voice quivering as he shouted," Am I dead?!"

He jumped when a laugh sounded behind him, it high pitched and echoey. The laughter turned to giggling as a voice spoke up," No, you're very much alive, turtle."

He spun around , his body tense.

The person who spoke was tall, much taller than him. They were see through, and glowing with a red hue. They honestly kinda looked like his gran, although much more… stern in a way.  They seemed to be.. Floating? And he couldn't see their eyes.

They didn't feel safe, not at all. So he kept his guard up," Who're you??"

They smiled, although there wasn't any warmth to it. It was cold, sending a shiver down his spine. They replied to him, their voice sickenly sweet," who I am is not of your concern. What I want from you should be."

Leo's eyes narrowed with distrust, him slowly standing from his seated position,"... Okay, what do you want then Miss/Mister 'Who I am is not of your concern'?" The last bit had a bit of snark.. But he couldn't help it. This person was starting to creep him out… creep isn't the best word to use but whatever.

They smirked then, as if waiting for him to say that," Oh, it's not much. Just a small something I need your aid for… You are the leader of your brothers, correct?"

He froze, eyes widening. How did they know that? How did they know he has brothers?

He spoke, his voice tight with barely concealed confusion," How did you-"

The person held up their hand, silencing him as they spoke," You don't need to know how I know. Just answer the question."

The slider shifted on his feet , uncomfortable under their gaze," er … yes, I am. Why are you asking if you already know though?"

They grinned, it sharp," Oh, I just wanted to hear you say it. Now ,tell me. Will you perhaps aid me? I really do need help.."

He stared, uncertainty filling him,"... What do you need help with? And why from me of all people?"

They sighed, and he could tell they were rolling their eyes even without being able to see it. They spoke with slight annoyance," Here I thought you would immediately say yes.. Seeing as heroes can't help but aid others. Oh well… The thing I need for you is simple really."

He yelped with a jump as they suddenly appeared next to him, them having an arm around him. He went to pull away, but they kept their arm secured around the slider, keeping him within their grasp.

They leaned towards him, whispering in his ear as they did," I need you to become my destroyer."

Terror filled him, his breath leaving his body, as the world started to spin around him..
Then, it went dark. It faded from view, laughter echoing loudly around him as panic set in once more…..

(Years later)
Error really hates being a destroyer. The pain that fills him at all the deaths he caused was immense, seemingly going on for eternity.

It honestly made him hate fate with every molecule in his body, down to his soul… But it also made him hate himself more for doing it in the first place. He hates doing it.. Yet he can't stop. Not when so many others could die as well.

It sucked, badly. So so so badly..
He shook away the thoughts and emotions that followed, not in the mood to think about it. Thinking about only brought trouble, he knew that for a fact.

He sighed softly and leaned backwards, leaning against the somewhat taller skeleton's chest. Said skeleton's arms tightened around him in response, comforting and safe. This was comfortable, he decided, his head set against the other's shoulder. Man has it been a while since he's last been comfy..

As if reading the shorter's thoughts, the other spoke up with a chuckle, " Comfy..? " Error could feel the vibrations of the other's voice against his back, it soothing any worries that had built up.

Error nodded, looking up to smile at the goop-covered skeleton with a small thumbs up," YuP."

Nightmare grinned , nuzzling the shorter as his voice rumbled," good .."

They sat like that for a while, enjoying each other's company. Error leaned more, him becoming more sprawled out as a result. Nightmare rolled his eyelight playfully, a fond expression forming on his face as a light chuckle left him.
It was nice…. This was nice. They normally can't even be around eachother for this long. So yeah, pretty nice indeed.

You know.. The only good things that came out of this whole thing is Error's friends. Without them the glitch would've lost his marbles ages ago… or worse.
He paused then, sharply inhaling with a flinch as a sharp crack came from his soul, pain flaring from it. He grimaced, him quickly grabbing the taller's sleeve. Damn that one hurt..

Nightmare quickly took on a worried express, him growing concerned, a frown forming as he spoke,"... Another one..?"

Error nodded quickly, tears pricking his eyesockets as he moved his legs closer to his chest. It always hurt when his soul cracked… sometimes it being unbearable.

It was one of the reasons Error hated Fate. If he didn't destroy after a while, they would put another crack on his soul to keep him in line. It sucked, but he had to deal with it..
"..... I hAvE tO gO.", Error spoke up with a quivering voice, his soul squeezing painfully. Oh how he hated having to…

" … . I know ..", the king of darkness replied, holding Error closer. The glitch could tell the other didn't want him to as well..

It was silent then, one filled with dread as the two didn't want to part from one another. Nightmare nuzzled the destroyer once more, setting a gentle kiss on his skull. It felt motherly in a way, feeling pretty nice honestly... A whimper left him, pain filling him from having to leave his mo- friend.

Even nightmare seemed to not want to part with the glitch, him holding him protectively in his arms.

There was something unique about the goop covered skeleton , that being he never showed his emotions with speech.. He showed them by actions. He mainly did this with the love and affection emotions, using hugs and other ways to show he cares. For error, it wasn't like the others. Nightmare usually showered him in affection that could only be described as something like how a mother would with her child. Kisses to the skull, nuzzles, wrapping Error protectively, those kinds of ones. It made Error feel special.. In a way that reminded him that he was loved.
After a couple more minutes, they parted from eachother. Error sighed softly, moving away to stand. Nightmare, although reluctant, let him do so.

Error smiled, it not quite reaching his eyesockets," .. I'lL bE bAcK sOoN, oK?"

Nightmare nodded, looking away towards his hands which were clenched,"... I'll be waiting.. Be careful, you hear?"

The glitch nodded, opening a portal. "I wIlL.", was this last he said before entering, leaving the mansion. Time to get to work….
It took what felt like millennia to finish, Error collapsing once he landed in his void. He didn't have enough energy to go straight to Nightmare's, and he didn't want others to track the dark sans base down by using the glitch.

Damn, he felt like he was drained.. Why was he so tired?

Well… he did destroy a lot of aus/copies today.. Yeah, that's probably it.
He sat up, leaning heavily on his hands as he looked at which part of the antivoid he was in. The strings were a purple coloration, the souls different colors instead of just red.

Huh, so he was to the far right from the center of the void.. Noted.

He hummed looking away in favor of looking around the floor. Of course, there wasn't much seeing as he barely put stuff on the ground. Usually he puts the stuff up high, hidden amongst the souls. It was to protect his belongings, so intruders wouldn't steal anything from him.

He paused when he did so, his mismatched eyelights landing on something that seemed to shine in the brightness of the void. It held a soft blue glow, a feeling of familiarity surrounding him as he stared. What the hell is that?

He stood shakily, stumbling towards it on unsteady legs… a familiar but faint pull was coming from him, as if it wanted him to get closer.

He managed to reach it, him realizing it was a sword. A katana by the looks of it. Oddly enough, it looked very familiar to… no , it couldn't be.

He reached down, his hand wrapping around the hilt as he picked it up. The weight felt balanced to his hand, him waving it slightly as if to test it.

The destroyer froze, tensing as a warmth filled him. The warmth, it spread from his chest to his legs and arms. It traveled to his feet and hands, a blue glow forming around him.

He gasped as something clicked, a connection to him forming. Error's eyelights glowed as faint markings flickered on his bones, red and yellow colors like ghosts. The hand that held the blade shook, his eyesockets widening in shock as tears sprung forth.

Runes flickered to life on the metal of the katana, them faintly glowing as energy started to build from the inside. The connection continued forth, realization filling him. No…
His hand almost dropped the sword as a sob escaped him, him falling to his knees as his tears flowed. It should be impossible… This should be impossible…
This… this can't be what he thinks it is… this can't be his katana from ages ago…

And yet, the proof it was in fact his katana was right before his eyes… It connected to him… his mystic powers were activating.. They had to be..
More tears came and more sobs left him, him now clutching the handle of the katana with both hands. His fingers barely held onto the handle, slackened due to anguish.
He stayed like that for a while, unable to move. So many years of pain left him… all flowing away as if they were water..
He could hardly believe it… How could he? After so many years of being away from everything that made him him , he finally found something… He found a part of himself that he almost forgotten.. It felt… unreal. Like a dream.
The handles and runes kept flickering, faint from years of not being connected. 0

He felt conflicted.. All his emotions felt so jumbled and confusing.

On one hand, he felt relief… relief of finding something from a past he had lost that proved his past was true..

On another, he felt anguish and pain. Sadness even from being years without it..
Then, after what felt like ages… he felt hope. His tears had slowed to a stop, him feeling tired after it.. But as he looked at his blade, warmth started to flow through him. His eyesockets wide as realization slowly crept into his mind.

If this was here… where was the other? And speaking of which, could it be possible to portal to it?

The more he thought about it, the more eager he got. Could he go back home..?
This could be his chance to see his family again!
He paused then, a sudden thought entering his mind and making his soul heavy. Would his family even still be there…?

It had been millennia or more for Error here… so what if it was even longer there? Would he even have a family and home to go back to?

What if they had died…?

He quivered at the thoughts, bringing the blade closer. His friends here… How would he even tell them? How could he?
There were way too many questions without any answers…
As he sat there with his thoughts slowly spiraling out of control, he didn't notice the sound of a portal opening behind him.

A small gasp followed, soft footsteps echoing after. A quiet voice asked in confusion, it soft as if not to spook him, " .. error? You ok ..?"

He froze, his hands tightening their hold on his blade. He recognized that voice..

The other made their way over to him, them leaning around him to look at him better. Their always changing eyelights looked at the glitch in concern, curiosity hidden in their expression as well.

Error sniffled as he looked back at the other, holding the blade even closer. The other spotted the blade and became even more concerned," What's wrong…? Why do you have a light up sword..?"

"...I…", Error's voice faded with a crack , him unable to bring himself to speak. If he wasn't drowning in emotion at the minute, he would've laughed at what the other called it. He wasn't able to bring himself to smile either..

The other seemed to understand what was going on and went to sit in front of the destroyer, patience seemingly radiating off of it.
It was a while of silence before error could bring himself to talk,".... It'S.. CoMpLiCatEd, InK.. AnD… i-iT's A lOnG sToRy….. AlSo wHy dId yOu CaLl tHiS a l-lIgHt uP sWoRd..?"

Ink smiled simply, keeping the urge to grin down for Error's sake," Well, we have time… and well, it lights up and is a sword! So light up sword!"

Error sat up straighter, glancing at the sword as he spoke," .. FiNe.. FoR oNe i-iT's NoT jUsT a lIgHt uP sWoRd , InKy.. It'S a KaTaNa, tO pUt iT sImPlY.. It'S…" He trailed off, noticing the runes starting to glow more constantly now. Was his connection getting stronger now? It had to be, he could feel the mystic energy starting to flow through him now.

Ink seemed pretty interested in it, his gaze moving from the glitch to the sword repeatedly. Error focused again, looking up at Ink," It'S a BlAdE tHaT fUnNeLs My MyStIc EnErGy InTo SoMeThInG tHaT I cAn UsE wItHoUt EnDaNgErInG mYsElF, aLlOwInG mE tO uSe mY mYsTiC pOwErS eFfIcIeNtLy."

Ink's eyesockets widened , him starting to get excited," Mystic powers?! Sounds awesome!" He threw his hands up in the air for emphasis.

The destroyer cracked a grin, easing a bit while swallowing down his more negative emotions," It Is.. ThIs oNe HeLpEd mE oPeN pOrTaLs AnD tElEpOrT , sOmEtImEs LeTtInG mE tElEpOrT mOrE wItH tHe HeLp oF iTs TwIn."

" The help of its twin? There were two??", The shorter skeleton lowered his hands, looking at error curiously. Even though he could hide it better now, Error could still see the concern in him. It made the glitch feel… cared for? In a weird way.

Error nodded," YeAh, tHeRe WaS. I UsEd To ThRoW oNe aNd tHeN uSe tHe oThEr tO tElEpOrT tO ThE tHrOwN oNe. MoSt oF ThE tiMe It wAs fUn… SoMeTiMeS I oNlY uSeD oNe iF I rEmEmBeReD wHeRe I wAs GoInG tHaT I cOuLdN't ThRoW ThE oThEr oNe tO ThE aReA."

Ink was practically starry eyed, excitement clearly coming from the other. But then the shorter frowned , noticing the barely visible shake of error's voice. He spoke, a thoughtful tone was in his voice,"... You have one, right.. Yet you said there was two... Where is the other one?"

Error's voice cracked then, the emotions from earlier coming back with a vengeance that he couldn't hold back,"... I-iT's HoPeFuLlY aT hOmE…"

Error watched as the realization dawned on the other, Ink's face shifting to match the realization. The shorter's eyelights' shifting slowed, his eyelights shrinking slightly.

Ink's voice was quiet and low, him speaking with a tone of surprise,"... You can possibly go home…"

Error nodded, looking away as he followed up what Ink said," .. AnD tHeRe'S a PoSsIbIlItY I cAn'T cOmE bAcK hErE…. OnCe I tElEpOrT… I.. MiGhT nOt bE aBlE tO sEe EvErYoNe eVeR aGaIn…" Even though the glitched wished for it to not be true, he wasn't naive.. It was a possibility he needed to not forget..
It was silent for a while, the silence deep and heavy. Error's voice wouldn't work anymore, a tiredness setting into his being. All of this emotions had gotten him riled up.. To the point of forgetting how tired he was before this.
It felt like an eternity before the other spoke, Ink having a determined expression on his face,"... Error, you need to go."

Error head snapped to the protector, confusion filling him," WhAt..?"

Ink's expression was serious, the most serious Error had ever seen it before. The protector replied, his tone low," You have to go. You have a chance to go home! I say you should take it."

"B-bUt wHaT aBoUt ThE wHoLe pOsSiBiLi-"

Ink held up his hand, interrupting the other," No buts! Not everyone has this kind of chance to go back to their home.. You have yours.. "

Ink's words sunk in, slow realization of what the other was implying forming in the glitch.

There were several others who either didn't have a home to go back to or couldn't go back home… Ink was one of them… So was nightmare, and Dream, and others too…

"... WhAt aBoUt yOu aNd ThE oThErS…? I cAn'T jUsT uP aNd lEaVe!", Error pressed, his brows furrowing. Of course he couldn't just leave them, not after all they've been through..

Ink smiled then, it being filled with reassurance and care," we'll be ok, I promise. And hey, who knows, maybe we can visit!"

Even with the reassurance, Error could tell the other was hiding behind a smile.. His eyelights told of sadness in the form of a blue tear drop and a purple Square. Even without the telling eyelights, he could see it underneath..

Ink was worried… but… also hopeful. Hopeful that Error can have a chance to be home..
….. No. He wasn't about to just.. Leave them. Not without saying goodbye especially.. Even the thought of parting with everyone made his soul feel like it was ripping into millions of pieces, the thought of leaving Nightmare hurt even more.

No… There had to be a way. Just had to be…
…what if… could it work? Could he possibly.. Find a way to make some kind of teleportation point that he could access?...

And maybe they can come with him. Maybe they can… join him on his trip home! Yeah! That might work!

Determination grew inside the glitch skeleton, a grin forming as he spoke," MaYbE wE cAn mAkE a tElEpOrTaTiOn PoInT!"

Ink paused, staring at him curiously. Error continued, undeterred," If We cAn mAkE a TeLePoRtAtIoN PoInT hErE, tHeN We cAn tElEpOrT bEtWeEn hErE aNd tHeRe! Of cOuRsE We wOuLd nEeD tO MaKe oNe tHeRe tOo, bUt iT mIgHt wOrK! "

Ink perked up, the taller could tell gears were turning in the other's head. The smaller mulled over it, weighing in his mind. He was getting excited, which was a great sign.

"... You might be onto something! It would take a lot of magic but it might just work!", Ink grinned, eyelights shining with intrigue and mischief.

Error nodded, a grin on his face," YeAh!.... WhAt If yOu gUyS CaMe wItH mE? To mY hOmE wOrLd?"

Ink stared at the other with wide eyesockets, error starting to fidget under the other's gaze.
Was it really that outlandish of a request?... Well, with the whole 'possibility of not coming back' thing..

Shit, he should've thought of that.

"I-i MeAn, wE wOuLd Of CoUrSe FiGuRe oUt ThE tElEpOrTaTiOn PoInT bEfOrE, aNd MaKe SuRe iT aCtUaLlY wOrKs bUt-", Error rambled on, only to be cut off by the artist covering error's mouth with his hand to shush him.

Error's face started to glow with a golden blush of embarrassment as Ink spoke cheerfully, not bothered by the other's rambling, " Hey, it's all good. We should probably talk to the others about it before we decide on anything.. In any case, the fact you would even invite me… I would be honored to join you in going to your home! Besides, I wanna see where my best friend grew up, ya know? It'll be fun!"
Error relaxed, relief filling him as he did. Well, at least Ink's on board with this. That's gotta count for something..

Ink lowered his hand, it grabbing onto Error's as he smiled happily. Error smiled back, sitting up straighter as he spoke awkwardly,".. YeAh, yOu'Re rIgHt. TaLkInG tO ThE oThErS iS a gOoD iDeA.."

Ink pretended to throw his 'hair' back, causing a snicker to leave the glitch as Ink dramatically spoke," Of course, I'm always right! Let's go, time is of the essence!"

The shorter skeleton pulled Error up onto his feet, the two of them hurrying to get to the others. Error shook his head fondly at the other's excitement, a smile formed on his face as he followed the creator.

Ink used his brush to open a portal, him dragging the other through it quickly.
Like that, they were gone. Off to go discuss it with the others….

Titan and the turtle tots join a music competition
part 1(??)
There was a swarm of blue, it surrounding him for only a moment before it faded into a different scene. He yelped as he fell, four equally surprised but higher pitched yells following. And he landed on the ground, wincing when four small weights landed on him.
He groaned and sat up, the kids squealing as they fell. Leon was up the next second, pouting up at his older brother with his hands on his hips," TITANNNN , THAT WASN'T VERY NICE!"
Titan chuckled, grinning sheepishly at the younger slider," Sorry , kiddo. Is everyone ok?" He looked at all of them.
Raph gave a thumbs up from where he was face planted into the ground, him not moving to get up from his spot. Mikey chirped happily in reply, him waving his hands to show that he was alright. Donnie nodded, him holding his arms to his chest as he sat up from where he landed. Leon grinned up at the oldest in the group," Yup! All good here!"
He sighed in relief before he looked around the area in confusion. The place they ended up was huge, and had lots of stages. Some were on high platforms, others were closer the the ground. All had one thing in common, there were streamers and giant signs that said 'Tmnt Crossover polls'. There were also multiple snack tables and instrument stands.
"Hey onii-san?"
Titan blinked, him glancing down at the small softshell that called him. He smiled, him moving to where he was kneeling infront of the smaller," What's up, Dee?"
Donnie rubbed his arm, one of his hands wrapped around some kind of wrist band. He then held it out for the older," I found this.. It was on my wrist and it says something weird."
Titan rose a brow before he gently took it from the younger, him holding it up to read it. It was a grey wrist band with multiple colors streaking through it. And written on it was 'Glitched out'. His brows furrowed, him looking at it in confusion. Glitched out..? That was weird..
He then glanced at his own wrist, him moving his wrist wraps to a little. His eyes windened in surprise, him spotting the same wrist band on his wrist. He muttered," Woooahhh that's trippy… what are these things..? Ah well.." He shook his head then, him handing the wristband back to the purple clad turtle. he hummed as he spoke," It does.. I'm sure we'll figure out what it means."
Leo tilted his head, him looking at his own wrist band before he smiled. He then gestured around him," Maybe it's talking about teams! This place looks like a competition, doesn't it? We're team Glitched out! "
Raph sat up, him giving the other a look," Glitched out is a weird team name.."
There was a chorus of agreement before Titan stood, him picking up the kids. Mikey was placed on his shell, the twins on his shoulders while Raph was in his arms.
He then looked around once more," Let's look around. Surely there's someone who knows what's up.. We can also get you guys food. Last I remember we didn't get to finish dinner."
Various agreements later and he was starting to move, him making sure none of the kids fell as he did..
(Sorry its so short, I was writing this at light speed and was trying to get this out fast lmao. Also name reveal for Glitched out 03 mikey! I decided against guardian for various reasons (there being a group called guardians in the 03 show is one of them-)) @tmnt-crossover-polls

(*coughs in new au*)
How the heck did the party guy get reincarnated into the faceman?
Chapter 1
When Leo was younger, he had always had strange dreams.. They were always vivid when he was asleep..
But when he woke up, they faded into a blur. He could never remember the details clearly once he was out of dreamland, nor could he recall much about it.
… Although, he did remember certain colors vividly. Everytime without fail, he would remember the colors.. Red, Blue, and purple. Sometimes there was yellow and grey too. And sometimes brown was a prominent color.
He felt a connection to those colors, and yet he couldn't for the life of him figure out why. It just was. It was confusing. The dreams held familiarity, the colors even more so. And he always been searching for why…
When he got older, he never stopped pondering it. He never forgot the colors that meant so much to him.. He never brought it up to anyone either. He felt he couldn't, because why would he bring up something so small? It wasn't that important, and he didn't want to bother anybody with it.
… Now he kinda wished he mentioned something about it. Mainly because he was feeling intense deja vu and had a particularly strong feeling that it was connected to those dreams.
He hadn't even been doing anything major, he was just sitting and reading some comics that he managed to nab from the pile they had set up in a corner of the lair.
What was causing it? He had no clue…
Eh, he'll figure it out later probably.. For now, he'll shrug it off..
… why did he feel like he shouldn't be shrugging it off…?
It was later that day when the feeling came back full force. He paused in his trek through the sewer pipe, his gaze sweeping across the empty tunnels in confusion. Something felt so familiar.. And.. Also so wrong. It felt like something bad was about to happen.
He was tense now, his beak pressed into a thin line as he continued to scan his surroundings. He.. Probably shouldn't stay in one place too long. He needed to leave and most likely find a new path to get back home.
… well, portalling would also work… maybe he should portal out of the sewers, and then portal elsewhere? Make it as confusing as possible to keep someone from following him. That's a pretty nice idea actually. Mind Raph would be proud.
He reached back and grabbed his katana, sliding it out of its sheath. He then slashed the air with the blade, runes lighting up on the metal as a portal opened infront of him. He quickly made to step through it, him wanting to get out of this particular part of the sewers as fast as possible.
Honestly, he didn't know why he didn't just portal home instead of taking the long way. He usually did…
"Well well well.. Isn't this just fascinating."
Leo jumped, a noise of surprise leaving him as he whirled around to face the origin of that voice. His eyes briefly met another set before he felt a sharp pressure on his neck, him tensing a moment. His body then stopped responding to him, his vision flickering and fading as his body became similar to a rag doll.
He tried saying anything, tried moving, tried something. But nothing worked. He couldn't see the person anymore, and all he could hear was the person cackling as they spoke in a singing voice," I finally found youuuu~!"
Before he completely blacked out, he felt their arms wrap around his limp body, them lifting him up with ease. And he smelled something that made his blood cold as ice…
This person smelled like the Krang..

Once a Hamato, always a Hamato
Chapter 2
Donnie stared at the screen, an unreadable expression on his face.
He felt… Aggravated to say the least. Absolutely furious if you say the most.

To shed some light on why, Someone thought it was a good fucking idea to steal his brother's remaining sword. To steal one of the remaining things that was left from his lost twin.

.. Losing Leo had been hard. Extremely hard. Losing him twice? It hit harder than anything else…

Mikey wouldn't come out of his room for a week, no matter how many people tried to at least get him to open the door. It took even longer to get him to be checked up on.

Raph took to training, venting his anger and frustration through hitting the training dummies over and over again. New dummies had to be made ever day for months on end. He never directed his fury at anyone, never lashed out. He always comforted the others still, no matter how frustrated at himself he was.

Donnie had shut down, hiding away in his lab. He didn't react when someone walked in to check on him, he was pretty much disassociated. It took much longer for him to start functioning again.

Casey took it pretty bad when they informed him about it, him breaking down right then and there. April wasn't any better, her comforting the kid despite the tears that fell down her own face.

Splinter reaction was similar to Donnie's, all except he didn't completely shut down. More like he fell into a deep depression like state, him watching his shows and not interacting with the others.
It took a whole year, with everyone mourning in their own ways, before everyone started to try to get back up again..
Which is why the genius was currently absolutely wanting to commit genocide when someone stole the sword.

He watched as the computer try to triangulate the location, his fingers keeping to work by tinkering with an old peice of equipment he had.

It took two years for them to get back onto the surface, to do missions and the like. And the year after that, they were back to fighting the usual enemies..

Except, it wasn't the same. It would never be the same without their blue wearing jokester of a brother.

They wouldn't get to hear his jokes anymore, which Donnie despised. He needed to hear one of those jokes that had previously annoyed him senslessly. He would trade anything to hear one again.. To have his brother back.

His grip on the screwdriver he was holding tightened, his knuckles turning white from the strength.

Even though Mikey hid it, everyone noticed how the orange clad turtle was trying to pull off his mystic hands again. He kept trying, holding out his shaking hands and putting forth everything he had into it.. It didn't work though, it never did..

It was like the universe was mocking them, saying 'haha you can try to bring him back but you'll fail miserably'.
Well…. They did get him back… albeit an older version of Leo from Casey junior's timeline.

It was a shock to find him four years after stopping the invasion, wounded and most likely almost dying in a dumpster.

Later on, back at the lair, Junior stayed by his mentor's side as he recovered. When he came to, it took forever to get him to open up enough to explain what happened and how he got there.

Apparently old man mikey, the one from the future timeline, not only sent Casey back but Leo as well. They just ended up in different areas of time due to the weakening energy of the mystic warrior.
It now has been six years since they found the old man, it being ten years since stopping the invasion. If you want to be technical, it had been ten years, 29 days, and 5 hours since. He could even go into the exact second if he wanted to, although he won't.
His eye twitched as he waited for the triangulation to complete, noticing that he had tightened the screw a bit too hard and striping it. Ugh, he'll have to replace the screw now.
He sighed, setting the project aside as he looked back at the screen.

This was when he wished he could speed up his equipment with a snap of his fingers. But it would take longer to update the equipment, too long. He can't risk the sword getting out of the city, especially if it ends up in the hidden city.

He had many questions for the person who did this, one of them being ' how the hell did you find the lair and why steal that sword in particular'... Well that's two but the point still stands.
He huffed, his aggravation ticking even more. Seriously, who the fuck would do this? Was it one of their enemies? Who? And why? Didn't they know exactly who that sword belonged to? Ugh, assholes.. The lot of 'em.
A few minutes went by with no progress and Donnie wanted to rip out his nonexistent hair at this point.

He paused though when he felt a click, a familiar feeling forming in him for only a second. It was long enough to cause him to become dizzy.

It felt so familiar.. As if a puzzle peice was placed right back were it should be. It was warm and comforting… It felt so much like-

The softshell's eyes widened to the size of dinner plates, him scrambling off his chair as realisation filled him. No, it can't be. It can't-
His breathing picked up when he felt it again, this time stronger than before. This time, he could tell exactly what it was…
It felt like Leo. Like, Leo as in the one from this timeline. The one from the present instead of the future. His twin.

Donnie clung to the feeling, questions and thoughts racing through his mind.

How was this happening? How is Leo alive? Where was his brother, he needs to go pick him up and-

Tears sprung forth and suddenly his feet were moving without him realizing that they had. He ran out of his lab, his breathing frantic now. He needs to tell the others, like NOW.
He ran into the older slider first, him grabbing the other's sleeve to catch his attention.

The taller turtle looked up from what he was doing, immediately taking notice of the panicked expression the softshell normally never wore. His expression morphed into worry, him asking," Dee, what's wrong-"

He was cut off by the genius starting to ramble, him briefly hearing ' felt' and 'leo' in the words. He froze, eyes widening as he peiced together what the other was trying to say," You felt leo? As in, little leo?"

Donnie quickly nodded, and it was clear it wasn't just panic the younger was feeling. It was excitement, worry, and so many other emotions that they melded together into a mess of them.
Now, Donnie tended to keep his emotions in check. He was one to never outright show what he was feeling, keeping them under lock and key. But with how he felt his lost brother reconnect to him, the older could tell that the softshell couldn't lock his emotions about it away.

They needed to find the others then. The older slider nodded, a serious expression on his face," You go find the others, I'll get dad."

Donnie nodded, already running towards where the others most likely were. The older slider grimaced, him walking towards the movie room to get Splinter. This was definitely a turn, a good one for sure.
It took awhile for his brothers to calm the softshell, hoping to get him to make coherent sentences. And when he did, they stood shell shocked by the news.

Mikey of course was the first to react, him gasping as he yelled out," what?! Seriously?!"

Donnie nodded, his grip on his hoodie tightening. Now that he was calmed down, he couldn't really bring himself to talk too much. He might lose his cool again.

Raph snapped out of the surprise next, his grabbing the softshell by the shoulders," Don, please tell me you could tell where he is."

Donnie shook his head no, a grimace now on his face," … no. I could only sense a reconnection, not quite a pinpoint location…"

"What do you think caused the reconnection then?", The older Leo was back , Splinter in tow. Splinter's expression was surprisingly unreadable, although with how his tail was twitching it was clear how he felt.

Donnie's face scruntched up, a frown on his face,"... It had to be something on his side. Something like…" he trailed off, his eyes unfocusing. What could have reconnected the two?
Raph seemed to be the one with at least an answer,"... What if he found his other katana?"

They all turned to him with curious expression, the older Leon catching on and speaking up," You guys did say you only found one of them when he had two. The missing one could've still been on his side."

Donnie hummed, considering the option," That sounds.. Plausible."

Mikey started bouncing up and down, excitement in his expression," so that means he's coming home?!"

Raph tensed, eyes widening," if that's the case… then..", He quickly turned to Donnie, speaking quickly," We need to find his sword asap before he portals back. Don, what's the update on the sword?"

Donnie stood straighter, his emotionless mask back in place," my computer is still triangulating its location. Should be ready in a few minutes with luck."

Raph nodded," Ok. You tell us the moment it finishes. Mikey," Raph turned to the box turtle with a serious expression,"You call the others and inform them of what's going on. Lee, help me get a med kit together, who knows what state Leo will be in. Dad, help Mikey."

Everyone nodded, setting off to do their tasks. Donnie rushed back into the lab, his hood up. Mikey immediately fished out his phone, starting the calls. Splinter was with Mikey, him also getting out a phone. Where he got it from no one knows.

Older Leon, aka Lee, followed Raph to the medbay, one goal in everyone's minds..
Find the sword, bring it home, be there when Leo comes back..
On the other side of the city, hidden deep inside a warehouse, a dark figure stood. They held a sword in their hands, it appearing normal at first…
They smirked as faint blue runes flickered on the metal blade, a soft blue glow lighting up the area. The glow lit up their face, their expression devilish as they chuckled evilly.
"Well Well.. Little blue's finally found it… my plan's coming together nicely… Jake, go call big Mama, I have something interesting she'll want to hear.. "

Pain-filled Inky Memories
Chapter 1
Joey stared at the script, his grip tightening on the pages so much that they had started to tear. His breathing picked up, anger and frustration building in him.

Henry was dead. That much was obvious. Henry wasn't reforming from the ink, nor was he waking up back at the beginning. He didn't even wake up next to one of the statues. And his body didn't melt into the ink like it was supposed to…

There was a problem, it being that Joey's old friend wasn't supposed to die. Not like this. He was supposed to reform. And yet, he didn't. He was permanently, some how, dead.

He didn't know how, or why, because Henry shouldn't have been able to die. The cycle would've, should've brought him back if he 'died'. Joey made it to do that. So why the hell is Henry dead?!

Were the gods angry with Joey? Did they want him to suffer? It seemed so. Why else would they take Henry away?

He threw the script onto his desk, angrily huffing as he held back a yell of frustration. It shouldn't have been possible. Henry wasn't supposed to die. Not in a million years did Joey ever wish permanent death on his friend.. Even if he was extremely pissed at him. Henry was still his friend after all…

He needed to find some way to bring him back. He needed to find a way to get his soul into his grasp once more..

He had to. He wasn't about to lose Henry. He wouldn't give up on this.. He would have to die before that happened..
He'll stop at nothing to get him back.. Even permanently attaching the animator to the cycle against his will as a spirit..

"Purple, what in the world are you up to?"

The small turtle paused in his doodling, him glancing up at his father through his wide rim glasses. He shrugged, his expression neutral as he glanced away back to his drawing,"... D'awing…" Always the stoic type, this one…

Splinter blinked at the answer, confusion filling him as he peeked at his son's drawing. Since when did purple draw? That was usually Orange's thing. Did Orange get his brother to join in his artistic things? Or was there something more to it?

"Hm… it is good.", Splinter complimented the softshell, patting the other's head gently. It really was, surprisingly enough. For one who doesn't draw much, his purple son seemed to be a natural.

It was in one of those older art styles, the one with pie-cut eyes. The boy had drawn something that looked similar to a cat, although it wasn't. It had a round head in the shape of a crescent that had the ends pointed upwards, the tips sharp. It was monochrome, it having gloves and a bowtie to match. It was hard to tell if it was a cat or not..

Whatever it was, it was admittedly cute with the tutu it wore as it twirled with music notes surrounding it.

His concern grew then, because Purple shouldn't have been able to know about that art style. They hadn't been on the surface since they had moved into the sewers, his children having stayed inside them this whole time while he went out to get supplies..

Purple, even though he didn't actively show it, was beaming at the praise. His eyes shined more than usual and his lips were slightly wobbly. It was his way of expressing, Splinter supposed. The rat mutant sat near his son, tilting his head at the drawing," Purple, where did you learn how to draw like that?"

Purple shrugged again, his beaming fading slightly. He didn't speak now, only going back to adding shading to the drawing. Splinter wasn't too surprised by that, Purple tending to not talk unless someone talks to him first. Unless he found something that intrigued him, that is..

It was curious though. Did he not know where he learned it? It was strange..

Then again, all of his sons were a tiny bit strange, so he shrugged it off. Maybe Purple had just accidentally drawn that type of art style. Nothing to worry over surely.

So he decided to ask a different question, one he had been curious about since this conversation had started," … did orange teach you? Or at least convince you to try?"

Purple paused at this, tapping the pencil against the paper in thought as he mulled over the question. Then , after a bit of thought, shook his head once more,"... No."

Well.. That was peculiar. Why did Purple choose now to attempt drawing…? Did he just feel the need to?

Well then, that is something to think over later…

He pat Purple's head once more before standing, smiling at his son as he did," I see..Well, I should go check on your siblings. I.. Hope you have fun drawing, my son."

Purple absentmindly nodded in response, him focusing more on adding a better background to the drawing. Splinter turned and headed for the living room area of the lair. After all, he did say he was going to..

" DONNIE!!!"
(Link to story:
So, this is the first chapter of one of my crossover aus! Essentially, it's a reincarnation fic! I think I posted about it earlier lmao. The reincarnation thing is , to put it simply, quite complicated. Donnie has no memory of his past life so far, and things from said past life may come to back to haunt his current life. Now that I know I can post chapters here, I'll be updating the story every so often! :D
Oh, one more thing, imma be making art for this au when I get the chance :) alright, that's all now lmao. See y'all later! )
