Jeder Behörden-Computer mit Internetzugang bekommt eine eigene Software namens Maya. Auf welchen Unterbau Maya aufsetzt ist derzeit nicht bekannt.

"Maya hat die Benutzeroberfläche und alle Funktionen wie Windows und Benutzer werden beim Übergang keinen großen Unterschied spüren."

Maya wurde speziell entwickelt, um Angriffe auf kritische Infrastrukturen abzuwehren und es verfügt über ein 'Endpunkterkennungs- und Schutzsystem' genannt 'Chakravyuh'. Weitere Einzelheiten sind bisher nicht bekannt.

Der Bürokomplex, der jetzt mit Maya ausgerüstet wird, ist auch die Adresse weiterer Ministerien, so dass davon ausgegangen werden kann, dass das Ministerium für Verteidigung hier zunächst eine Vorreiter-Rolle übernimmt.

Section 144 imposed in Gurugram as protests erupt over Agnipath scheme

In the wake of protests against the Centre's Agnipath scheme, the Gurugram district administration on Friday imposed Section 144 CrPC as a precautionary measure to maintain law & order.

"Orders were issued as a precautionary measure to maintain the law & order situation in district Gurugram," SDM Gurugram Ankita Chowdhary said.

Section 144 of CrPC restricts the assembly of four or more persons in the district. Violators will be punished under Section 188 of the IPC.

Demonstration was reported in Gurugram's Farrukhnagar Road in Chandu and Pataudi Road on Friday morning.

Around 100 people tried to block the Gurugram-Jhajjar Road and Pataudi Road but were removed by the police.

Assistant Commissioner of Police, Sadar, Aman Yadav who was stationed at the Rajiv Chowk along with the force, said "Adequate police force has been deployed in view of the protest. No one will be allowed to disrupt law and order in the city. Traffic movement on the Delhi-Jaipur expressway is smooth".

Military life without joining armed force: What is the Tour of Duty scheme?

The Ministry of Defence is likely to approve the ambitious Tour of Duty (ToD) scheme this week as extensive deliberations among three service chiefs for over two years have concluded, according to reports.

Already adopted in several other countries, the Tour of Duty, or 'Agneepath', is a scheme under which the forces will recruit soldiers on a short-term and long-term basis to serve the country.

Tour of Duty is not conscription

Conscription refers to the mandatory of youth in the national armed forces. In some countries, youth must serve a minimum number of years in the armed forces. Countries that follow the practice of conscription include Israel, Norway, North Korea, and Sweden.

Not to be military conscription like in Israel, the Army has branded ToD as an opportunity for India's youth to experience military life without having to join the armed forces -- Army, Navy, and the Air Force -- on a long-term basis.

So since I haven’t been on tumblr for so long, let me inform you that I got my first full time job in a fashion pr agency, almost got kicked out of uni for my political views, but still got my master’s degree and survived a half assed military coup. How are you spending your early 20s?
