GBP/USD tiếp cận mức đáy mới trong ngày gần 1,2180 khi chuẩn bị cho đợt giảm hàng tuần đầu tiên trong năm vào đầu ngày thứ 5. Khi làm như vậy, cặp GBP/USD bảo vệ phe đầu cơ giá xuống bằng cách giao dịch bên dưới đường kháng cự giảm dần trong một tuần, cũng như bên trong mô hình biểu đồ giảm nêm tăng kéo dài một tháng.

Điều đó nói rằng, các tín hiệu đi xuống từ chỉ báo đường trung bình động hội tụ phân kỳ (MACD) cũng bổ sung thêm sức mạnh cho xu hướng giảm giá.
