in a move called "Concerning" by some and "Great" by medical staff i think ive lost like 20 pounds in the last year purely due to the progression of my eating disorder. HELPPPPP HELP MEEEEE. i dont even have one of the eating disorders more strongly associated with weight loss but my diet is just so restrictive that i end up eating very little and what i do eat isnt nutritionally complete. it also doesnt help that i have to literally ration my own food in my own house lol And that asking others to make food for me is a tossup because my father either doesnt do it or somehow manages to fuck it up. i went from like 240-ish to 218.
