⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Perhaps for an eclectic combination of Era & Hellaina, Jayden/Vel, Val/Vox, and Vox/Tello(/Val)???

For each “⭐️” I get, I’ll write a headcanon about our muses.

[ Erasmo ]

⭐️ Era was the reason Hellaina joined up with his friend group of criminals. He met her and took her in when she needed someone to be there for her, as he was wont to do. Era was always picking up strays.

⭐️ He mistakenly thought that she was into him after what happened with April and he declined feelings he assumed she had. It was a mostly well-received rejection because she wasn't interested and that helped him relax more with her.

⭐️ When he went into porn he used some of his money to help her with a vehicle that needed to be repaired. He was always willing to help if he was good for it.

⭐️ He considered her a close friend, though Missy remained his only best friend.

[ Velvette/Jayden ]

⭐️ Velvette still manhandles him often, no matter what they are doing or where they are.

⭐️ She has served him drinks with little toys in the bottom of them. She thinks it's funny when he chokes on them but always makes sure to help him when he's choking.

⭐️ Velvette is very focused on his health and happiness and is the first person to gentle him when he needs it.

⭐️ While they got married for the joke, she found that she actually really, really did love him. He's very important to her and she'd never file for divorce.

[ Vox/Valentino ]

⭐️ Before their big talk, Valentino believes Vox doesn't care about him because their sex life is lacking due to Vox's general disinterest in sex.

⭐️ Vox does not understand Val's obsession with his horoscope, but he listens every day when Valentino reads him his because it's important to him. It's one of the sweet things that Valentino does for Vox that isn't sexual and it proves he cares.

⭐️ Valentino doesn't know what to do with one of his love languages, since Vox can't eat. During one of their excursions to Earth, Valentino rents them a hotel room with a kitchenette and he makes Vox the most delicious eggs benedict he's ever had. Cooking for a partner is something he considers an ultimate show of love.

⭐️ Valentino never felt more seen or heard with Vox than he did the night they were drugged and forced into Honesty Time. Their relationship grew closer and stronger for it, and Val is honestly more secure in their relationship now than he's been in decades.

[ Vox/Ostello/Valentino ]

⭐️ Ostello has written and performed 50 love songs for Vox before Valentino fell. Valentino is at a healthy 22.

⭐️ Valentino has to teach Ostello how to have sex with him properly but is willing to because of Vox mediating between them.

⭐️ Vox's involvement is half of why Ostello gets to live. The other half is that they actually communicate about the lackluster sex.

⭐️ Ostello loves Vox more than anything but is instantly infatuated with Valentino. He did talk at length with Vox about it, because he values open and honest communication.

"There we go, Val, perfect!" Velvette chirped, stepping back and marveling at her work.

The vibrant red and blue dress clung tightly to Valentino's chest, showing off his nipple rings and the chain between them obviously. One side of it reached up over his left shoulder, ending in a blossom of a red tuille rose. Down from the bodice was a ruffled, layered tulle skirt in that same red that only went a quarter of the way down Valentino's thighs.

A black garter clung to the left side with a heart-shaped golden D-ring in the center. Stretching from beneath it was a pair of fishnets, red on the left and blue on the right, that disappeared into knee-high black stiletto PVC boots. A golden chain looped several times around his waist, a moth-themed gemmed clip holding it in place on his right hip.

More golden jewelry was looped around his neck, his wrists, and his ankles. He needed to show off tonight, and he was going to show Vox how beautiful he was, damn it. His usual golden claws were in place on his hands, and he wore several rings, all gifts from Vox over the years. A golden choker was clamped around his neck with a large V in the center, encrusted in bright blue gemstones. That one was a suggestion from Velvette that he was digging in the mirror.

A cuff on his lower left arm was golden with a large red heart in the center. A neon blue heartline in the center spiked in an erratic heartbeat, another gift from Velvette.

"You think he'll like it?" Valentino asked, smoothing his hands down the ruffled skirt.

"I know he'll love it." She told him, "Now, shoo! You're gonna be late."

Valentino had never booked it so fast as he did down to the waiting limousine, waiting for Travis to open the door for him. When he finally ducked into the back, he offered Vox a truly dumbstruck, loving smile.

"Buenos noches, Destello~" He greeted, sliding delicately into the bench seat beside Vox and planting a red lipstick-stained kiss on his screen, at the corner of his mouth, "I've been thinking about this all day."

Tell me you've been thinking of me all day.

Stooped over and reaching down, the goddess toyed with the clovers trying to grow in the crack in the sidewalk. She hummed softly as they blossomed beneath her touch, filling the crack with white flowers. This was nice, watching the flowers take over and hang over the concrete.

After a second, she lifted her head and took in the woman not far from her with a little hum.

She'd gotten him wrong, but that was her loss, wasn't it?

Valentino was hardly a man that anyone could pin down, and a moth he may have been, but his wings didn't stick to the crushed velvet. Crushed Velvette, she mused, as she nursed her ego more than the scuff on her cheek.

It wouldn't happen again, neither of them would make the same mistake.

Sure, Velvette had gotten smacked pretty good, but Valentino was the one that would be feeling it for a few days. They'd split paths after she'd left him bloody and winded on his back, and she hadn't known where else to go. Her apartment would have been too open, too confined all at once, so she'd gone to him instead.

A flutter of knocks hit Vox's door, rapid succession in two different places with two different beats. If anything said Velvette more than that, she didn't know what it would be.

Seconds after the knocking stopped, the bell was pressed ten times in a row, never quite getting to finish chiming until the tenth attempt.

My softest muse is definitely Vick. He's a 0 on the toughness scale, he's a big teddy bear and he will choose kindness over anything else at any point.

My toughest muse is probably Barbie. Girl is tough as nails and will not be stopped if she puts her mind to something. She doesn't take pain as a reason to stop and will go harder when it hurts.

2) Which Muse would blow through $1000 quickly?

Valentino, hands down. He spends $1,000 every day easily on things he doesn't even need. He loves to buy expensive things and will do so at all hours. He especially loves spending Vox's money. $1,000 is a drop in the bucket for him and he doesn't even notice spending it.

3) Do any of them have nicknames? Is there a meaning behind them?

Quite a few of them do!

Valentino answers to Bunny from his lovers, it's a subspace trigger word for him. I assigned him Bunny because he's Cute And Horny, aka a rabbit, and a bunny sub is fairly common.

4) Are any of them up-to-speed on the latest trends? Anyone more old school?

Velvette, Vox, and Valentino are obsessed with always being on top of the next new thing.

Alastor hates new things and will fight them as much as he can.

5) Who has the best relationship with their siblings?

Valentino had a fairly good relationship with his siblings when he was alive. He had seven of them, plus three live-in cousins that were like his siblings.

6) Karaoke night! Who is likely to grab the mic first and bust out a tune?

Beelzebub, Ozzie, Valentino, and Ostello! They all love to sing and party, and they're all pretty good at it. Ostello was a pop-jazz singer when he was alive and before he died in Hell, too!

7) Who is least likely to enter a beauty pageant/model?

Gretchen. She doesn't think that she's very pretty, and would just feel embarrassed even going to watch.

Travis. He is constantly told he's very ugly, and he doesn't have a very high opinion of his looks.

8) If your Muses visited a haunted house where actors scare you, who would panic and who would be unfazed?

Chazz, Gretchen, Charlie, Anya, Magpie, Summer, Travis, and Vick would be the easiest to scare!

Valore, Dimas, Cash, Glitz, Stu, Paimon, Alastor, Darío, Niffty, and Vox would be the hardest to phase.

9) Are any of your Muses particular about taking certain modes of transportation?

Vox prefers to be driven around and doesn't like driving himself.

Valentino only likes to drive occasionally and prefers pretty sports cars when he does.

Anya and Darío are motorcycle people.

Emily enjoys bicycles!

Adam is actually a very good father and he loves kids and babies. He is very tender with children even if he can be harder on them once they have grown into adults.
