I need to go to London!!!

So today I learned that there is a possibility that if I were in London, I could perhaps meet Daniel Radcliffe randomly on the street. It happened to my cousin's friend and I now want to go to London and complete my childhood life goal, that I almost gave up on, and find Daniel Radcliffe wondering the streets of the city.
