He doesn’t get too much sleep due to being a detective and having a lot of work, so he can kind of understand how you feel but not to the extent of chronic insomnia

He'll try use simpler things like warm milk or reading you a bedtime story

he's trying his best okay

After these he'll just lay beside you and hug you until you fall asleep, or if this makes you uncomfortably warm then he'll just sit next to you and do work so you still have someone there if you need them

Rantarou Amami

THIS BOY IS A GOOD BOY

He would try help in any way he possibly can, to the utmost best of his ability

Need some water? Got it. Need a blanket? Done and done. Need anything else? Hell yeah that too.

If you're getting distressed over your inability to sleep he'll also do his very best to comfort you like a good avocado

I can't imagine that he'd really understand insomnia tbh so he would not be the most helpful

He'd probably read picture books with you and poorly sing lullabies to try and help you drift off

So he'd just keep doing what he was doing until you would eventually sleep and then his work was done and now he could come and cuddle you before sleeping himself

He'd probably try stay up with you for as long as he can? Obviously to be there for comfort if needed but also because I kinda gives him a chance to ‘study you’ idk sounds kinky
