- i just want to show you this hilarious exchange and commentary from the subtitle provider lmao

- oh wait i think this is the first time julie said the title of an episode??? i’m guessing this applies to all the brawlers in the next few episodes

- how dan and runo can get back to arguing that quickly is beyond me

- love how tigress keeps predator in check, we stan

- oh wait, dan asked for all the bakugan in the death dimension to be revived, should they pass their trials. so that means reaper definitely escaped with the rest of the bakugan?? coolbeans

- julie’s trial is filmed before a live studio audience.

- golem: careful julie. this isn’t your house.

- julie: how come

- why is julie’s trial a literal sitcom lmao

- guest appearance starring clayf as tom

- why does clayf sound like the voice actor of the guy saying ‘you’re already dead’. hella deep voice and the sound quality just dipped all of a sudden.

- subterra el condor, you don’t see that every day

- why is el condor so cool, gosh, love his theme

- so yeah, from what i remembered, julie compares herself to daisy a lot and doesn’t think she can be better than her at anything

- as always, golem knocks the opponent bakugan the fuck out simply by being thrown into battle, not even by transforming yet. superb.

- i was about to say, it seemed like julie was doing pretty well against daisy after all and not dragged down by the past as much as i had expected??? but now we’re back in the flashback™ dimension

- lmao is that billy??

- now that im seeing the memory, it’s like . . .embarrassing to remember for sure, but not really all that bad? i think what would’ve been worse is if julie and daisy were the same age and in the same play, and julie had gotten the role as juliet but screwed up and daisy had to swoop in to save the play, thus cementing that despite all her efforts, daisy surpasses julie when it comes to most things. this just sounds like a case of bad luck and nothing that directly ties back to being caused by daisy.

- i think this somewhat lackluster portrayal of something that haunts julie is further evident in how this literally is the first time i’ve heard or seen daisy in the show. as far as i could tell, we were never given hints about julie having an older sister who’s an overachiever or that julie felt a particular way about her great her sister is.

- baron-syndrome was present even before baron was part of the show. amazing.

- lmao clayf said not today

- so essentially. clayf is calling out julie for running away from reality. i don’t think i get it, but maybe julie needs to admit and accept that daisy is better than her instead of hiding behind a positive outlook that ultimately doesn’t help out in the long run? idk

- also seems like julie developed some sort of trauma that makes her anxious when people laugh at her? or am i just reading too much into it

- oh wait im dumb. the lesson seems p obvious now that they’ve spelled it out for me lmao julie shouldn’t compare herself to daisy because she can’t be exactly like her. but she can be herself.

- i mean. yeah. but. mm. idk i guess that makes sense lmao

- golem’s just been slapped around by clayf even when their g power difference is 120 gs. why hasn’t golem lost yet 😂

- i’ll say tho number one battle brawlers playing while golem evolves is p fucking sick.

- clayf took two hits and got knocked tf out lmao couldn’t be golem

- is clayf ok tho, he just sorta turned into a glowing ball form and then. . .scattered

- golem looks like that sphinx bakugan now, i hate it here

- he looked so cute before
