I think I told yall that my Dr’s office was very confused when I called to check in about the wheelchair and hip brace I requested they ask my insurance about, I have an appointment in an hour to talk about it again and if they lose the paperwork again I will be losing It.

#I want a wheelchair so I can play with my friends when I go to conventions instead of having to find a couch to park myself on for #the majority of every single day #I could just buy one but the one I was looking at is 400$ which isn’t unreasonable #and all things considered is actually very cheap for a wheelchair #my mom despite us actually talking and me telling her that I don’t want to rely on anyone to push me around #and that I want to control where I go still decided a rollator was better even though like I’d rather use my cane than a walker #and when you sit on it it’s just a transfer chair and you have no real control over where you go #which is frustrating #I talked to them in September and for like two months I was like huh #I guess insurance is just taking a long time #only to call about other things and get told #hmm maybe it was another doctors office? #like No in fact I actually hate onboarding with doctors and establishing care #I’ve been going to the same place different doctors for a year now with my first visit in like March of last year #i’m just pissed #wish me luck
