i might be colorblind. wheres the orange on the iamp dress?? at the bottom??

Yes! The flames are orange. Or at least vermilion in the portrait, but they're definitely orange in the sprite:

And orange in future depictions of the same dress:

So I separate the two in my mind. You could just blame Tasofro's sprite artists for the mistake, but it's become an Institution in fanart and such, as well as in AoCF, so I think it's reasonable to call it a different dress from the IN one. (The IN one reappears on the final cover of Forbidden Scrollery, like so:)

"Huh? Wha-a-a-a--" Taken by surprise, Kyouko fumbles to catch the offering, clumsily smacking it around the air a few times before clapping it between her hands and giving a relieved sigh.

"What's this thing, some kind of weapon?" she questions, dangling the handle between two fingers and closer inspecting the red object. "Like...shoot it at my fans? That probably would make the news, but not for the reasons I want."

Once again, Kyouko misunderstands.
