What is the real name of this bot known as "Red Cog/Security Officer"? And is there a universe where the blue bot in the second image is a different person than Deepcover? And what is his name?

The Autobots had multiple security officers who shared that design, as it was especially suited to the C.O.M.B.A.T. upgrade procedure. Gear Train, Torque, Rotator, Autokytera, and Helix were just some of the officers in question; of these, I expect Gear Train and Helix will be the most notable to you, as they were part of the boarding crew that explored Nebulon Station. I believe when they separated, Gear Train went with Wheeljack and Arcee, while Helix accompanied Sideswipe and Mirage.

As for Deep Cover’s multiversal lookalikes, hmm… well, there is a universe where a young bot named Side Swipe looked remarkably similar to that. I think his Battle Master partner was Nightbeat.
