Can we just appreciate Axel Auriant for a moment.

I’m sure a lot of people by now have heard what Axel said, where he says he felt insecure with Maxence, that it wasn’t realistic for someone like Maxence to like someone like Axel and it just hit me so hard.

First of all, have you seen Axel? This mans eyes are the epitome of dreamy. They’re this blue - grey shade and they kinda look like glass but woah how beautiful they are. And his messy hair that just sticks up in all directions of the world, that looks so soft and so easy to run your hands through. Not to mention those cheekbones - like wow. This man is definitely good-looking, that word doesn’t even begin to describe his appearance.

I’m sure a lot of people have made fun of his height (well lack of) but I find it to be the cutest thing. He’s so small and it just makes him look so soft and cuddly.

His smile is out of this world, just so beautiful. You can tell when he’s really smiling when you can see his teeth and his mouth does this crinkly thing that is the cutest thing ever. His laugh? One of the nicest things you’ll ever hear - literally music to your ears.

This is just him physically. If you don’t follow him on twitter, you should, his name is ‪@.aauriantblot ‬and his interactions are so lovely. I remember how much he loved this fan edit of the friends theme with Skam (which I think he posted on Instagram too) and he’s so appreciative of fans and respond to all sorts of stuff: questions, edits, even someone making fun of his own height. Not to mention he uses this heart emoji: ❣ is that not the cutest thing ever?

He’s also incredibly talented: he’s been playing the drums since 2003, when he was only 8 years old and can professionally play (watch the videos they’re imazing) and he learnt a piece of piano just for the show, which is not at all easy when you’ve never played piano before. And of course, his acting is really good too. I’ve been so impressed with what he’s done this season and it’s only been 2 and a bit episodes.

In short, I can see how Axel might feel a little intimidated with Maxence, but boy does he have the most gorgeous eyes and amazing personality that goes beyond any insecurity he should have. Axel is incredible and so dedicated to the show and his fans and we’re so lucky to have him.

EDIT: Words can’t express how happy I am that so many people are making posts about Axel to appreciate him.
