So Roots of Pacha has a little festival where you can do pixel art and because of who I am as a person I tried to combine the Scythian mummy tattoos with the cute fat paleolithic cave paintings of horses. Did I succeed? No. Do I kind of want to try painting this as NOT pixel art? GOD yes.

Is there a way to force a search to ONLY look for your target pairing as the first listed relationship?

@angstmongertina tagged me to do this D&D character quiz and post what I got so here goes! Starting with the overview:

Honestly, this is basically perfect. I have been described as 'the tallest halfling' and called myself a library paladin and been told I have forest witch vibes. So yes to all.

And then the breakdown:

Could have gone a lot of ways on the class thing but Halfling won race by a MILE. Love that for me.

Anyway I have also been challenged to create my D&Dsona in BG3 once I am no longer in the midst of moving (AAAAH) so there will probably be a return to this nonsense at a future date :D

It continues to give me the warm fuzzies that basically every person at work has said they'll miss me. And it's not really utility, even if I'm useful; I am not in a critical position. There are many people who can do the things I do, even if the majority are less experienced. I'm not management, or a lynchpin, just a long-time worker bee.

But people like me, and I just handled a Crisis Situation well enough that the AD took the time to personally thank me, and my manager was like 'not only am I willing to be a reference you can use my personal phone number if that's easier' and even some of the newest additions said they're going to miss me on desk, and I just.

I love my job and my coworkers and it's really nice that the people there know it and love me back.

Since apparently we've stopped saying it often enough to catch Today's Lucky 10,000 and a lot more than that now need to hear it:

People using websites COSTS those websites money. Users do not directly translate into revenue unless the users are the PRODUCT that the website is selling on to other parties via ads or data harvesting.

Which is to say, the reason AO3 has funding drives is because they're not selling your porn-reading habits on to interested third parties. Please stop saying 'they should just make money like other websites.' I am fairly sure you do not really want them to do that. I certainly don't want them to do that. It's a voluntary drive; if you don't want to give you do not have to. The AO3 IRS won't get you on tax evasion.

Also like. You can care about more than one thing at a time. Your outrage and energy and give-a-damn does not have to focus like a laser on whatever you've deemed The Most Important Current Thing.
