How do you do exercises for your baby? Part 2

I know that when you read this address, you are certainly amazed.

In fact, there are exercises for babies, working on the softness of their bones, activate their blood circulation, protect them from many diseases, and increase the rate of growth of brain cells.

Early in the morning, when the opportunity comes to play with your child.

Do exercises for the baby.

Depending on your child's age

Exercises: 1to 4Months

Exercises: 5 to 6 Months :

First Exercise

first : Grasp your baby's forearms. Keeping his back straight, pull baby up slowly to a sitting position.

second : Slowly and softly return baby to the floor.

(4 times )

Second Exercise

First : Lay the child on his stomach, and place his elbows directly underneath his shoulders, his forearms on the floor.

Second :Grasp and lift baby's hips and trunk to form a 45-degree angle with the floor. Let the child rest on his forearms. Try to lift the legs up a little higher, but make sure the baby doesn't bang his nose.
