How do you think Shuhei hisagi would deal with going to the world of the living and him meeting a human and he develops a crush on this human (shinigami and human’s aren’t usually together, so the drama!), they get along well and this human thinks he’s really funny and sweet? They have come across his terrible musical playing, haven’t liked it, but they’re still supportive of him getting better too. This crush enjoys seeing his artsy side. (Dude has no chance with Rangiku xD so).

human!reader just walks up to him one day and calls him handsome, complimenting his tattoos. his punk ass face gets blushy and smitten in seconds lolol but he truly appreciates it. like he thought he comes off as scary and aloof, so he never imagined anyone would find him attractive. bonus point if they tells him his scars makes him look manly, he's insecure abt them 🥺

then he starts to hang around them more because cut this man some slacks. poor baby shuhei was so busy and tired running the squad all by himself.

cook him dinner, invite him over for a movie night, buy him new leather jackets okayy? 🥺 he forgot when was the last time he actually felt safe and secured around someone. (kaname rlly broke his heart so put them back for him pls) and omg his guitar playing lol deep down inside he knows he's kinda bad at it so the fact that reader takes the time to listen to it, he's crying river inside. ╥﹏╥

sadly, it's like what you said, shinigami and humans don't end up together. (idk if it's forbidden or just…physically not possible?) he probably doesn't realize he's crossing the line until his muguruma-taicho come back and whip his ass back to senses. shuhei was too drowned in the comfort that reader provides him that he doesn't realize it's love.

he'd be upset and conflicted once he realized his feelings for them. in one hand, he doesn't want to give up on his rs with them, but he also couldn't just leave his squad and responsibilities as a shinigami. (can we talk abt how hard he worked to get into the academy)

now, rangiku-san comes in handy bc her coping mechanism is drinking and that's how she comforts her friends too. shuhei is gonna get all drunk and teary, browsing through his album of their photos together and wailing for another bottle of sake. 😔 kira probably disapprove this kind of rs, but he couldn't bear to sees his senpai in this state. (these three really know what it means to go through a heartbreak again, don't they?)

eventually, kira would be the one who seek them out and break the truth to reader. he'd tell them about the shinigami, soul society, hollow and everything. he thinks reader deserve to know that much, if shuhei is serious about their rs and future together.

if reader decides that they can accept him for who he is and are willing to work around it, kira would bring them to the soul society to meet him. shuhei would be devastated when they see him in his shihakusho and his katana. (worse, if he released his kazeshini) but no worries, flash him a warm smile, give him reassuring hugs, tell him he's worthy and enough and deserve love ahsjdjdkkdldhdjdkd 😫💗

now everyone would be happily cheering for their reconciliation in the background. (shinji might have to restrains a certain white haired mohawk from chewing anyone's head off tho)

i’m going to lightly touch on his backstory here but his bio is already loaded w stuff haha so !! i won’t bore you with too many details !!

came from a family w / high expectations of him, to always be the responsible big brother ... and he did ! always was good at school stuff, took care of stuff at home when needed, etc !

but deep down he was ( and is ) not happy w how he felt his own happiness was always sacrificed for others, despite not wanting to admit it & sounding selfish ? but anyways, it got him acting up, and he had a whooole little rebellious streak that was completely out his character !

though he realllyyy enjoyed the rush, his little adventure ended quick when his parents noticed him skipping class & all that ! so his first year of hs they made him join a school club to find better friends, and that’s where he found dance !

there he learned dance and well ... the rest is history !! loved every minute of it, but got a really bad injury that had him out of dances for a while, and it crushed him, but he came back with a newfound true appreciation for it !

time skip, his friends encouraged him to audition when word came around about yuseong auditions and ... voila ! here we are !!

ok so you’ll have to excuse me as haeil is one of those this . . . and also that characters HAHA, so he’s got opposing personality traits even within himself ! he even is confused by it hee heeeee

also sidenote his younger sister is @wsharin​ !! they’re definitely giving opposites yet crazy type, have quite different personalities, but grwing up in similar environments w each other has kept them very close ! kinda thinks he’s fake youngest out of them, yet fiercely protective of her !

but ! his natural instinct is actually to be pretty wild, outgoing, have fun. he’s the happiest when he can do that, and those closest to him probably know him to be quite the joker when he lets loose.

buuut for years now he’s been conditioned into the responsible leader-type he is now, though it def is his more manufactured side. but nowadays it’s what he reverts to, because he sort of just thinks there’s not enough room in everyone’s life for him to be so chaotic ??

haeil tries his hardest to blend in the background, as he feels it’s what a good leader does and he wants to give the rest of his team the shine. because he hasn’t been dancing as long as most others around him, and had a relatively short training time, he’s still v doubtful of his own worthiness of being in the position he is, therefore he sort of feels like ... he doesn’t deserve attention ?? ( and while this is true to an extent, haeil also needs to work through this constant pessimism within himself and learn to take pride in his achievements !! )

so a lot of times what you’ll see is a man trying to be a leader, with the inner child ( ! ) in him poking through. though he encourages participation from his other members rather than himself, his fans are known for pointing out all the moments he gets jumpy / excited / hyper, and he’s kinda developed this “tsundere” vibe because of it ? it’s not exactly correct but he’ll take it heehee

as a leader, esp on variety, you’ll see him doing little things to make the quieter / less talked to members heard this whole compilation ?? literally him.

if you’re close to him though, you’ll really see he’s not nearly as serious as he seems. he’s extreeemely caring, almost to a fault, w those close to him ? and will take care of literally anything they need. got rent due tomm ? send him your payment info and he’ll send over all he has in his account. but on top of that, he just loves to have fun, and if in an environment that allows, v spontaneous !

def mom friend vibes. doesn't like coffee but loves his morning tea, sweaters, tries to establish a bed time for phoenix, always managing to have remembered that one thing someone else forgot, packing snacks, all the good stuff !

but !! the entertainer in haeil is compleetely different, and largely why he got famous ! a charismatic dancer for sure, enjoys a lot of hip hop as it’s what he’s had most practice in, and whenever he dances he truly has fun !! 

he was so  deep in his own insecurities, and it showed in his dancing, untilll cherry bomb. phew cherry bomb haeil was ... a whole era, and what a lot of people attribute to being his vibe switch that made him 1000x more confident !

despite what many think he loooves aggresive rap. rock & r&b are right up there too. loves music that reminds him he can feel things !!

poor thing ... cannot handle his alcohol. legit tries to avoid drinking altogether bc like one drink and he’s already trying to crawl onto tables. actually loves going out for drinks but avoids it like the plague bc he thinks it ruins his pride lolll

while he claims he's too busy for love - and he genuinely is kinda - he is a hopeless romantic deep down. his mind always drifts to him & his future partner living all suburban w kids who match clothes and having a family dog, all the fixings ... he just wants a cute dad vibe and gets depressed when he thinks of how being an idol is kinda preventing that from coming anytime soon

someone who didn’t actually make it / hasn’t yet debuted in the industry, but who haeil reallly looks up to as a mentor ? whether a rapper / singer or just someone he admires, haeil gets depressed every time he remembers the person who got him where he is hasn't even got their shot of fame yet, and who he feels he owes quite everything to. though he’s got the whole leader thing going on, this person makes him act like a whole little sibling.

english tutor !! he genuinely wants to be so much better than he is, and doubts his skills as a good leader bc of it and would loove someone to help him !! also def down to learn from someone who speaks japanese, since he’s learning that as well ! he just wants to connect w more fans D:

someone who lets him lets loossee !! need i say more ?? haeil needs to have some fun and be himself before he pops a brain vessel, and that seems like it’s becoming more and more of a possibility oijdoidjodjod. alcohol may or may not be included iin the equation but if so prepare for chaos personified !

an ex perhaps ?? he’s bisexual so this could go either way, but someone he was w in high school and for whatever reason, it didn’t work out ?? we could give them awkward or tension w angst where they never got closure, or two people who just worked better as friends and maintained a great connection !

someone who he’s truly just ... whipped over ? something about their energy has him wanting to see them more and more and quite honestly, p out of character. openly a simp and just wilding whenever this person’s in the room hours .. let’s go !!

best friends. but i mean like .... beeest friends. they don't have to necessarily go back, not all best friends do, but what matters is them now ! friends who have an incredibly special connection, the type to just .. basically be talking in their own language of inside jokes and such.

1. who rocks the ferris wheel seat and who flips out and begs them to stop?

you might think it’d be luke, but nick has a secret fuckery bone deep within him that comes out on v special occasions. luke is mildly afraid of heights and ofc nick knows everything about him so he knows this all too well, and it’s actually luke’s idea to ride the ferris wheel bc he’s just gotta do everything when the fair comes to town and nick can’t pass up the opportunity to get back at him for fucking with him LITERALLY ALL THE TIME. so he waits until they reach the top and luke starts getting all cuddly with him, then just goes “y’know, they put this thing together and take it apart every year. makes you wonder how safe it really is, right?” and luke just deadpans like….. “the hell are you gettin’ at……..” and nick offers him this sly little smirk and just starts rocking it like crazy and luke loses his mind. meanwhile nick is totally laughing his ass off like “i’m just testing it out, man!” and “careful, you’re putting too much weight in one spot,” bc luke is practically crawling on top of him and swearing up a storm, but he eventually feels bad and stops/spends the rest of the night making it up to a v pissy luke jfc.

nick is super insecure/shy about showing affection publicly so luke’s always the one who initiates the hand holding, tho he always asks if it’s okay first even if nick always says yes bc he really does like holding luke’s hand, he’s just nervous about other people’s reactions & stuff like that. privately is a different story, where either is just as likely to grab the other’s hand bc they like being connected through physical touch when they’re next to each other.

luke is FAMOUS for grabbing nick’s ass whenever he catches him concentrating hard on a video game or something and it always makes him jump 5 feet in the air and blush viciously and lbr that’s why luke does it so often. luke’s most def an ass slapper too and nick HATES HIM FOR IT.

luke also likes sliding his arm around nick’s waist while they’re walking somewhere, again with nick’s okay to do so. he’ll do it when they’re standing next to each other, or if they’re sitting on the couch together, basically anywhere to keep him close. luke likes stroking his fingers up and down nick’s side or playing with the edge of his shirt, and nick always finds it rlly soothing.

nick is a belt loop person, since he sometimes doesn’t know what to do with his hands (more so when they first started dating that kinda turned into a habit) when they’re kissing so he’ll just hook them in the loops of luke’s jeans so they’ll stop fidgeting all over the place. if luke’s wearing sweatpants/pajamas/anything without them he tucks his fingers in the waistband instead, not always in a sexual way just as an alternative place to put them bc he’s so used to it.

23. who thinks they are not good enough for the others love? and who’s more afraid of losing the other? who thinks they keep messing up, only for the other to tell them they don’t need to worry?

NICK NICK NICK NICK NIIIIIICK. it was 1000x times worse at the very beginning of their relationship, but it’s still something he worries about way more than he even knows he should. nick has a lot of issues with self worth/self esteem/confidence in general all stemming largely from his father’s neglect & abuse, and he often struggles with accepting the fact that luke actually feels the same way nick’s felt about him for YEARS. he holds luke on this pedestal in his mind since he’s always been someone he looked up to ever since befriending him as young kids, sees him as such a good person that someone like himself could never be truly worthy of receiving his love. it’s gotten better as time goes on, but it plagues the back of his mind and emerges in episodes from time to time. this ties into nick being the one afraid to lose luke for all the same reasons about not being good enough for him, not that he necessarily doesn’t trust luke or believe him when he says he loves him and all that, but he can’t help occasionally thinking that there’s so many other people FAR better for luke that he’ll suddenly realize the same thing and leave him.

nick harps on small things, and simple things that he might do wrong (that luke actually finds quite endearing) leave him fussing about it when someone like luke would just laugh and brush it off. again, this has lessened significantly since first getting together, but he’ll still fuck up sometimes and feels unnecessarily bad about it, and luke is ALWAYSALWAYS is right there to assure him that it’s fine, telling him that he’s got nothing to apologize for since nick’s always quick to jump to saying sorry over and over like it’s a big deal. luke just smiles all warm and tells him it’s really nothing to stress about, usually kissing him all over to reassure him further until nick relaxes bc luke never fails to have that effect on him and nick is forever grateful to him about it.
