@seospicybin: Man, where do I start? Fabulous writer. Angst? Perfect? Smut? Also perfect.

@matryosika: Holy cow! Has left me breathless on more than one occasion. Her smut is goals as a writer. I want an ounce of her talent.

@star-lemonade: One of the first SKZ writers I followed. Always so sweet to talk to too! I always go back for more!

@multifandomfantasies: Not afraid do dark fics and we need more do that. At least I do. It’s something I’m into and has delivered. And if that’s not your thing? Sweet, they have other amazing works.

@skz-bb: Personal favorite for Euphonious. It’s on going but oh my god, my feels. I’m so invested in the characters. Always dying to know more.

@sulfurcosmos — literally ti writes quite possibly the best fluff and her series opposites attract is my current all time fave fic. honestly all of her fics in general are my fave 😍

@petrichor-han — she writes such a cute fics!! 🥺 her christmas series absolutely adorable. and her angst??? ohmygod her angst is so good. 10/10 recommend (especially fragments and a siren’s call)

@lotus-dly — the legend with the amazing hurt-comfort fics that make you wanna bawl your eyes out. they’re all so beautiful and full of emotion. especially the chan ones. i like those best!

ah i see… i don’t know how much this will help, or if at all, but my uncle has schizophrenia too. and for the longest time he wasn’t getting the right treatment but once he did… things worked out so well. so quick too. he was really depressed as well and the meds they put him on really kicked in after a year and now he’s doing so much better and thriving and he says he’s actually happy and at peace now. he still has bad days but it’s a lot better.

he always said part of coping with his mental health was finding an anchor. something he can hold onto that gives him comfort. and i really hope until you can get the meds, that you find your anchor to help you cope with all this. it really is unfair that it’s taking you this long to get treated for something you’ve already been diagnosed with.

but hey, it’s never too late! 💛 even if it takes a little longer than you expected… finally getting there will help and you’ll feel a whole lot better 🥰 i just hope it happens as quickly as possible for you.

i can promise one thing which is that i have ways of finding fixations that get me through a lot, so no worries there thankfully

seriously though thank you for telling me this. hearing stories of others actually overcoming this situation is so much better than anything else others have said to me so far. it takes quite a while to find combinations that officially help, but i am on the path for getting my own!

i talked about this wip a little more here too btw! but racecar driver! chan lives in my head rent free. he's a jerk that's too focused on his career to have feelings, but when you fall in his line of sight the man goes practically feral over pushing your buttons and having you as close as he possibly can—even if it's not allowed.

such an old wip but... firefighter! chan loves his life and his job, but suddenly finds a new kind of love for you, the new desk clerk of the firehouse. fluffy, mushy, maybe aged up! chan just for fun. a lot to unpack here. might make him a dilf if i'm insane enough when the wip comes back into my 'to write' list!

004 not so strayed | ot8 miniseries

not so strayed... my lost boys! au for skz that's been in my head for nearly two years now and yet it's still not finished. I'm really hoping to have time to work on it before spooky season ends considering I have an entire other series (aka 003 the price of a bite | ot8 series) that is based around the same theme (except it's a fic per member instead of ot8 all together making you question your sanity). but, we will see!

snippet of not so strayed: part one "figments of your imagination" below the cut!!!

His scent was thick like the smoke of a fire, the distant man passing by your form. By fate or karma, you took notice of him. His leather jacket swayed through the crowd like a drop of rain moving through rocks. Undetected, but impressionable.

Lights beamed and music blared, the crackles of the sparklers in people's hands giving an aura to the overwhelming pier. A concert played in the distance, the orange flickers of the flames presenting shadows along your skin.

You tried to move at his pace, to keep up with the mysterious man's figure. But just as you caught a glimpse of his side profile, the smirk telling that he knew he was being followed, he finally fell in between the cracks.

You halted just outside of the calmest store present, the long aisles of thick and thin booklets enough of a distraction from the stranger to make you move inside. Comics with colors bright and looming, your eyes sifted over each and every one until a gruesome sight caught your glance.

A large man with a distraught woman in his arms, blood dripping from the main artery in her neck. Her face was terrified, while he was satisfied.

"The ones who tread at night are more frightening than monsters in closets." A deep voice caught your ears, a guy at your side peering at the same comic.

Fluffy blonde hair pulled from his face by a red bandana, his skin was amply illuminating that you could count each and every freckle on his cheeks until they met at the bridge of his nose.

The first to offer you guidance since halting inside the desensitizing town, he blinked his welcome.

"Name's Felix, and you're new here."

"So I've heard and lived." His faint smile warmed you, blood rushing through every vein in light of the acquaintance just in time for his sight to dart away from you.

"We get new people often, but none with your tone."

"I'm sorry, have I already done something?" The angle in your voice was unveiling, the guy shifting from his heels to his toes as he lifted the comic with his index finger and thumb alone.

"Most people who come here aren't looking for a good place, but a good time." You watched his lips finish speaking before they motioned the words of the comic's title, 'Dark nights, Cold Bodies'. "You, on the other hand, seem so out of place. You didn't come here on purpose, did you?"

"Blown tire on the freeway. Happens to stop a trip, ya-know."

His eyes got wider with his nod, the pearled teeth between his lips admirable. Felix had said so little to you, but his attention still sat upon the comic in between his fingers.

"On me." His teeth went behind his smile, lips a pale pink as you stared for too long. "Might save you one day."

"Vampires are a figment of some very good storyteller's imagination." Your response sounded sarcastic.

"Then how do you explain the found burials of those that have risen. Broken coffins, long teeth, stake through the heart?"

"An odd last wish. Someone with a sense of humor knew what they wanted even after death."

His head tilted to the side with innocence, eyes casting sight of your face. "Clever."

"It would be smart to think that far ahead."

"I mean you."

a batman! chan fic that i've been working on here and there for almost a month now! i'm between making it one big fic vs a mini-series bc i have so many plot points i want it to hit! hoping for it to be this year's halloween fic, but i have a ton of other spooky season content in the works too—so no promises of a release date yet!

a racecar driver! chan fic with probably the most problematic romance that i've ever written installed in it. like it's gonna be MEATY with that mutual pining but forbidden love messy relationship.
