It has been 16 years since Gilmore girls ended and I still think the Rory Gilmore hate bandwagon is forced, ridiculous and misogynistic.

#don't get me wrong she has her wtf moments too #but the way jess and logan - who i really like too - can be seen as complex and misunderstood #while doing fucked up things #but rory is seen as ungrateful and spoiled because....she had a human reaction #to being told that what shes been working for her whole life #is actually futile in the coldest way possible? #for wanting a break from the expectations EVERYONE ELSE including her loving #well meaning mother put on her?? #i dont understand why rory is to be blamed for being a product of her environment #but jess and logan get a pass for that exact same reason #its because of our good friend miss o jenny #gilmore girls #rory gilmore
