Hi! I started watching 3 weeks before s6 and found the fandom very soon after, but it took me a while to be active. I remember reading posts of people speculating about Kate’s answers and seeing the 6x01 bts spoilers. I wasn’t scared but I was very frustrated at the end of 6x23 since they had sold the wedding so hard (there was even a promo with the song “You or no one” by Hynde that I can’t find). Omg I can’t imagine after s3. Speaking of Castle, who’s your fav/least fav regular character? -CSS

i don’t remember how long but it also took me a while to get active in the fandom. pretty sure it started with reviews on fanfics and then following a bunch of fic writers on twitter and also - wait I think I /think/ it took me about a year maybe? because I am pretty sure it was when operation: white whale was being published and that was the summer between season 7 and 8 like before that I reblogged castle stuff and all but I didn’t talk to poeple in the fandom and I remember reading a new chapter every day while studying for my exam and I remember that ffnet was down for 2 days so Lou published the chapters on here so I sent my reviews as asks I am pretty sure that was when I started interacting with other people in the fandom. but maybe I am forgetting stuff about the time while season 7 aired ^^

also urgh frustration at the end of 6x23 hello yes same. but also since I did my complete castle rewatch earlier this year I have decided to live in a universe where they got married at the end of 6x12 because honestly it was right there with martha literally telling them to just do it and you know. (during my rewatch last year I decided that all of the events of 6x23 where actually just a really bad dream by one of them. hmmm to what kind of conclusion will I come during my rewatch next year? stay tuned)

my fav character uhhhhhhh I don’t really know I mean I love them all? but I think I am saying victoria gates because she was awesome and she deserved to be in season 8. also oh my god I just remember when I was reading the season 9 fanfics and in the last episode (I am assuming you read them too else this might be a spoiler) gates appeared and I was not expecting this at all and I was reading them in the morning cause time zones like I literally woke up, turned on my laptop and read the chapters. and gates showed up and I cried for 5 minutes because I was so excited to read about her so you know what I am saying victoria gates.

my least favourite character is Esposito. he started as Espo for the first 4 seasons then turned into esposito in season 5 episode 5 and then into Esposito. (the period is part of his name) in 7x1 and wow. I really hate him in the last 2seasons. castle deserved a better friend than him and I hope he never finds happiness.Espo was such a good guy and then they did that in the showand everytime I rewatch 5x5 and he immediately believes yep Castle would definitely cheat on Kate I hate him a little more. but I still forgive him else I wouldn’t be as upset in 6x11 as I am which is why in season 5 and 6 he is espositobut then 7x1 and also 8x9 is like nope. I hope he lives a very long life without finding happiness.
