i wanna witness the utter renaissance that must've happened after the war ended on chorus. i wanna know what everyone did now that they had the chance to, what music and literature people wrote and what art people made and who went back to school for what and what pop culture developed and what kind of cultural marvels came out of this rinky-dink little planet on the edge of nowhere that almost didn't make it. i wanna see these people thrive after such a long time of just surviving, they have so much potential and i want to see the people of chorus flourish (not even to mention the kind of pop culture frankenstein that must've been created even just after the two armies unified, that clash must've really been something!)

favorite arc is so easy for me. i LOVE chorus trilogy. usually people say this because of, like. fun villains, character development, whatever, but my reason is 99% because i'm in love with the chorusans and have made all of them my ocs LOL. literally at this point i rewatch the chorus trilogy for characters like rogers, cunningham, ghanoush, mccallister, etc.

honest to god all of my opinions on rvb are unpopular, if you get to know me you learn that i have a habit of just taking fanon and dumping it in the garbage disposal.

my favorite unpopular opinion is that caboose has tattoos + piercings + says bad words. from a critical standpoint, i think every woman in the show has been robbed and barely any of them get the development they deserve. half of them exist to develop the men of the show lol

hey! do you have facecanons for the lieutenants (or any other minor characters from chorus like roger, cunningham, ghanoush, mccallister, volleyball, matthews, rebel medic, any minor feds, etc)? i saw you were opening commissions soon and id be interested in commissioning art of the chorusans if you had ideas for them! i just know not everyone has thought abt the chorusans as much so i wanted to ask first

so interesting that in the rvb ultimate fanguide, bitters' specialty is listed as infiltration and reconnaissance cuz we just...never see the lieutenants do anything that unique lol, they're always a unit and usually always the same level of dumb as each other lol. if anything i usually hc bitters' specialty as driving (as a parallel to grif) so it's just weird to think that bitters has this whole skillset we never ever see

reasons tuckball is a god-tier ship:

1. tucker and kimball can relate to each other so much. they're both people who really have no idea what they're doing, but they have to step up and do it anyway. they both have to lead their people, even though they feel under-equipped, under-prepared, and scared. they both care so much, but caring is not all they need to do

2. tucker stayed on chorus for kimball. he cares about chorus and the new republic and kimball. tucker was the driving force behind the reds and blues staying on chorus and trying to help even when they had the opportunity to leave. to be with kimball you undoubtably need to care about and be invested in the wellbeing of chorus, and tucker is, moreso than any of the other reds and blues

3. tucker makes kimball laugh (which she desperately needs) and kimball holds tucker up to a high standard she knows deep down he can achieve, she believes in him and gives him a deeper confidence rather than the superficial/shallow confidence he has (which he desperately needs). they both give each other what they need from a life partner

tuckball is genuinely such a good match it blows my mind, justice for this under-appreciated ship!!

AAA WAIT RVB WHUMP IDEA: the new republic having a terrible streak of "bad luck" but the bad luck is felix sabotaging the base in ways no one can pin on him. water pipes burst after being tactfully weakened little by little over the course of months, fires bursting out due to the wiring around the base being tampered with, what little food the new republic can grow in and around the base infested with pests or the water used to water it is "accidentally" switched with irradiated water, stuff like that. the feds don't have this problem cuz their bases and outposts are too high-tech and well-organized for incidents like this to not be suspicions. bonus points if locus contributes to some of it, cuz it's heavily implied from palomo's log in the rvb ultimate fanguide titled "too spooky" that locus creeps around the new republic base in active camo

i will make the rvb whump i wish to see…the rebels post-war collectively freaked out over thunderstorms being louder and more violent than they remember after living underground in the mining outpost base for who knows how long. the rebels are holed up in their housing centers and popping into businesses and offices and such to take refuge from the storm and they’re all shaking like chihuahuas…maybe some compassitionate feds try to comfort the rebels, or some mean feds making fun of the rebels…or both >:3c

general knowledge question for the fandom, why does the fandom call the people who live on chorus "chorusians"? in the rvb ultimate fanguide they're officially called "chorusans", did i miss an interview or anything calling them differently? i see a lot of people call them "chorusians" and i feel so out of the loop T-T
