Alex was so NICE and COOL to talk to! We our chemistry hit it off when I met him at his booth in my Okoye cosplay! Ya'll, his face lit up like a Christmas tree when he saw my cosplay and gave me the Wakandan salute and I gave him the Talokanil salute in return. I told him how so many fans admire him online and how because of him, the cast, and movie, so many black and brown fans came together through the representation. He looked so touched about it 🥺 But ya'll, he not only signed my fanart of Chibi M'Baku and Attuma chilling in a box as a meme redraw from Spongebob Squarepants' "The Idiot Box" episode, he saw the timelapse for it and even asked how I drew it because it amazed him that someone actually drew art of him in that style! He even noticed the chibis swapping clothes! Ya'll, I gave him a copy of the chibis for him to keep and he was so happy about it, HE LEAPED OUT OF HIS CHAIR AND GAVE ME A TIGHT BEAR HUG. WE ROCKED BACK AND FORTH A BIT AND JUST LAUGHED TOGETHER 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I met up with him again two hours later for this photo op and he gave me another bear hug AGAIN before we took the pic! He said it was up to me to do the pose and I said to do a hug and he was down with it 😭😭😭😭 Everyone with us were just all smiles and laughing together 🥺 He gave me ANOTHER HUG before I left out! And he was the guest judge for the cosplay contest for the night! If ya'll saw his face journeys of being impressed and surprised by the detail and effort cosplayers put into their costumes 🥺 And before we fully left for the night, he gave me a goodbye hug before I see him the next day 🥺🥺🥺🥺

This tall tree nerd is such a ray of sunshine! I would legit just talk with him on a deck and have a drink with him all night. That's how much of a cool person he is 🥺 And yes, his hands are HUGE. THEY LITERALLY COVERED MY ENTIRE HAND. AND THAT MAN IS PURE MUSCLE. HE MAY AS WELL BE A FIRM MATTRESS 😭😭😭😭 I hope Alex knows how well-loved he is and I wish so much more for him in his future! 🥺💖💕
