Taiyama week day 3.  What would you like to see in the OVAs?

Two words : Dark ocean 

Yep, that pretty much, of course that like everyone i want more Taiyama, but i think that inevitable, i dream that it would become canon but true is i didn´t dream too much. 

What i want to see is Taichi fall down into that weird darkness that always surround the kids, and Yamato would help him, because he has experience dealing with that. Also like @50cyg  and @blueuchan said i hope new evolution and the next level holding hands escene. And i want it so bad that i meaby writte a little something, fanfic after jump¡ 

Yamato shake in panic, the air punch his face and suddenly he remember to breath, he made it, he was out, standing in the ground like a little kid but still free, it wasnt until his brother call him  that he dare to open his eyes.

Takeru was beside him, as well as tsunomon , talking gentle words, smiling,  Yamato return the gesture  before to finally stand up and look around.

Nothing more that white and grey, the landscape was depressing… still  they could see a few light over the horizon, a frozen sunshine over the beach.

Sora was there, holding poyomon between her arms like if she was afraid she could fly away at any seconds, Mimi walk to one side to another moving her hands muttering something only for herself; Koushiro, tanemon and motimon watch her walking around sitting on the ground and next  to them, sobbing uncontrollably was Hikari.

Only when Takeru make sure that his brother was fine he return to his spot next to her but his efforts to calm her down were useless. “He will  be here soon” Takeru repeat “We all escape, he’ll do it too”

That's when Yamato star to panic, he turn to Sora but she nod, tsunomon sigh, “And Jou?” he ask  and everybody look around, Taichi wasn´t the only one missing. 

“They are still inside” Hikari whisper and all of them turn to the sea, deep down, under the cliff  there was, dark and outstanding, just like Yamato memories, just like Hikari nightmares.

A big wave approach to them, Hikari gasp and again Takeru stand up to help the incomer, Jou cof and writhes  over the sand, shaking and cursing. He look surprised to see them, there were tears in his eyes and Yamato couldn't resist the urgency of hug him, his friend receive him with open arms, like a chain reaction soon everyone were hugging.

“My brother is the only one left” Hikari reminds him, Yamato get surprise of how much her words sound like a reclaim, he don't understand why but he feel guilty, he walk  near to the edge of the cliff, looking the fall, the sea look  much more far than before, Taichi was somewhere down there, alone, he need him, a sudden need take control of him.

Takeru hold his arm “don't make something stupid” he said “he ‘ll make it, as same that all of us”  Yamato get offended that he use the same tone that he used with Hikari

“Yea.. i know” he replied “ i’m not gonna throw my self in!” he laughs and walk away from the edge, tsunomon look him in the eye knowing that he was lying.

“We need a plan” sora finally speak like herself ”There must be something that we must do”

“But what? Did you forget what happened? Not even the mega forms could win them!” Mimi cry avoiding tanemom eyes.

“still… “ sora continues but Yamato dont listen, tsunomon block Takeru way, the last thing he heard was the scream of his little brother before throwing himself  into the darkness.

He was alone no, Koromon was beside him, he felt alone.

Darkness and despair, and loneliness, over and over again he replay in his head the image of his last battle, his last failure.

He fight hoping that that would be the last fight, but he always imagine his last battle like a big victory,what a stupid kid, ending mean losing, decepcion, destruction.

Taichi didn't know were he was or why, all he know is that the battlefield was far away for him, was he hidding? was he afraid? was he a coward?

NO, NO, NO

That wasn´t him, that doesn´t represent him… still he didn´t move, he didn't wan´t to fight anymore, he didn't want any of this, he didn't want his friends watch him like that, like the pathetic piece of deathbeat he really was.

Everything was easy before, how much Taichi miss that old days when he didn´t care, when all was faster and stronger, when he felt invincible, something fail, something was missing.

“Get up” A familiar voice “ Taichi get up¡”

Yamato

The water around him move, and he Lifted his head to watch those blue eyes. It was weird that his eyes remains blue when everything around them was gray.

“Taichi” Yamato voice was calm “i need you to get out of here”

“No” he replied in a monotonous tone “stay here” something in Yamato present was relaxing “stay here with me” he beg,  even after Yamato grab his arm and try to pull him out.

“The others are waiting for us¡”

And then Taichi fall out, even depper than before

“Everybody is waiting” he repeat and Yamato come closer “everybody is counting on me” the dispair in his voice make his skin yell, his feet become heavier  

no - Yamato remains himself- i´m here to pull him out, i can't fall again-

“Taichi what´s wrong? talk to me¡”

“I´m” his empty stare look at the blue eyes again “ i´m wrong”

“no.. what? what are you talking about?” Yamato make his best to stay calm but he starts to shake

“i lost” he couldn´t avoid the tears “ I fought and i lost, I fail, i fail to everyone¡ I fail in every single way posible¡ i… “ he stand up, angry “I doom everyone¡ I made all the wrong choices¡ I´m a deception¡ a failure¡”  he yells “ I´m wrong¡”

“You was..” Yamato correct “you was wrong, you made a mistake, all of us made mistake Taichi¡ Now you need to stand up and try again”

“ what? are you crazy? “ don´t you remeber the beating that  they put us trought?  they just push us like if were nothing¡” The images of the past battle flash again before his eyes “ Rosemon barely could attack¡” he couldn´t breath” And vikeimon… the angels “ Yamato was sure that Taichi was talking to himself “ you see what those monster do the others¡ they are invencibles¡ they are the stronger force in the universe¡”

“Stop¡” Yamato yells but Taichi was histeric “stop¡” he hold him from the shoulders

“They are stronger than us¡”

“Nothing is stronger that us¡” Yamato scream in anger and Taichi sudenly stop “ than you and me… “

“no… “ Taichi shake his head “ no, we” he hesitate “ we don´t  do that anymore, i fail to everyone, i fail to you” he ended in a wisper

“Taichi..”

“I´m not who you think i´m” the water around him turn darker “ you have all the right to hate me”

“you are nonsense” Yamato try to aproach “I don´t hate you”

“I fail…” he repeat in a trance and Yamato realize that he was losing himself in to the darkness again

“You are better than this¡”

“No i´m not¡”

“I know you are”

“ You are wrong¡ i can´t be the person you want Yamato¡” and then something happend, his name, name him give his strench, Yamato was there, he wasn´t alone

“Taichi” the weak voice of Koromon fly into his ears, he was there too, were are they? what was that place? 

“I´m sorry…” Yamato talk in the moment Taichi star to see the light “ I always expect so much for you, it´s my fault you are trap in here”

“no” Taichi recognize the same fog that surround him before approaching  to Yamato, but for his surprise he shake it off like it was nothing, of course Yamato would have experience surviving the darkness, Taichi smiles... he always amuse for all the hidden talents of his friend. 

“let me make it up for my mistakes” Yamato come closer “we need to go back” Taichi felt the weight in his stomage again, his feets felt cold, the battle was still waiting for him.

“we lost Yamato, there is nothing that we..”

“let me fight beside you” he have strong eyes, and Taichi must look away for those eyes

“We can´t win, they are stronger than us.. they are” Yamato get even closer, Taichi could count  his eyelashes

“did you forget my love?” he grab Taichi´s hand and put it over his chest “nothing  is stronger than us”

The smile is Yamato´s face make him awake, or meaby his words or the warm of his hands, how many times did he need to grab his hand to understand that that was his place in the world, that was all that matter, all he need.

No expectation, no words, it´s feel natural every time Yamato take his hand

“You are an idiot..” Taichi smile and the sky opens , there was no darkness around them, nothing more that the two of them fighting as one.
