I am back.

After a short hiatus, I am back to the food blogging world. I’m excited to start posting again. This time, I won’t be going anywhere.

I have been working at one of the popular wholesale clubs bakery since July and they’re considering making me full time if it falls within the budget. If not now, later down the road. I am ecstatic as this job is absolutely amazing. I love going into work. My coworkers are great. So is even the management. They do so much for us and we’re actually appreciated.

The long term goal is to open up an online bakery using an commercial kitchen but I am slowly starting off on opening up a home bakery and once I reach a decent amount of customers, I’m going to work out of a commercial kitchen so I can make more items than what is allowed by NY state.
