1930 Ford Highboy Coupe
There’s always lots of detail work with any build and this ’30 Ford highboy coupe is no exception. Look closely and you will find Craftworks Fabrication handmade steel motor mounts. The license plate and valve covers were painted by Jeremy Seanor of Luckystrike Designs. He also painted all the accompanying engine and tranny parts. The powdercoat was handled by Pittsburgh Powder Coat while the chrome plating was conducted by Jon Wright’s Custom Chrome Plating.
The chassis is comprised of a Roadster Shop custom frame that was stepped, stretched, and features contoured ’32 Ford-style framerails. It was also then boxed, capped, and has hole punch flared front framehorns. From here the frame is outfitted with a Super Bell 4-inch drop, drilled and plated I-beam axle, low-profile monoleaf spring with Ridetech tubular shocks paired to custom-made drilled billet radius rods from Johnson’s Hot Rod Shop. Steering falls to the Flaming River box and a LimeWorks Hot Rod column topped with a four-spoke Billet Specialties Sprint Car–style leather-wrapped wheel. In back there’s a Currie 9-inch rearend outfitted with 3.70 gears, 31-spline axles, QA1 coilovers, a Pete & Jakes Panhard bar, and a parallel four-link setup. Braking is a combination of disc/drum front to rear. The forward braking dark gray–painted Wilwood Dynalite calipers are neatly hidden behind the Pete & Jakes finned backing plates. While in back the 9-inch is outfitted with 11-inch brakes, this time hidden beneath the SO-CAL Speed Shop finned drums all the while the chassis rides on a full set of 16-inch Dayton wire wheels wrapped with Coker/Excelsior rubber measuring 5.50R16 in front and 7.00R18 in the back.
All hot rods have something fun settled between the ’rails and beneath the hood (well if they have a hood). In the case of our ’30 Ford highboy coupe it sure appears to be a vintage Ford Y-block but after more than a cursory look we begin to see the telltale signs that there’s something more. Indeed, while it may look like a Ford it truly is a 376-inch LSX iron block, with aluminum heads and ARP studs, plus adapter-equipped small-block Ford (Windsor) valve covers all from Don Hardy Race Cars and then assembled by Talik and Marc Mullin. The intake is an Edelbrock LS dual quad with a pair of Thunder AVS EnduraShine carbs dressed in OTB air cleaners. Delivering the gas from the Tanks stainless reservoir is an Earl’s Performance billet fuel pump. More engine accessories include an MSD 6AL box to go along with the MSD billet Ford small-block distributor that functions through a timing cover adapter from Chevrolet Performance all the while using an MSD coil and Lokar vintage plug wires. Powermaster also supplied the alternator and starter, the battery is an XS Power AGM, and a Wegner Motorsports water pump is used as well as a Wegner front accessory drive unit. This 500-plus hp V-8 utilizes custom headers made at Craftworks Fabrication based on Ultimate Headers LS header flanges. The pseudo-Ford small-block is backed up to a TCI StreetFighter 700-R4 with a 2,800-stall speed converter operated by a Lokar shifter. The trans cooler comes by way of Derale Performance and moves the power through a 3-inch-diameter custom-made driveshaft.

Ford Thunderbird Apollo Concept, 1967. Five Apollo concept cars were created for Abercrombie & Fitch to bolster traffic in their 5 flagship stores. The new 5th generation T-Bird represented a major move upmarket as the Mustang had encroached on the Thunderbird’s market positioning. Ford were happy to provide A&F with the cars to generate publicity for the new generation model. The cars were finished in an exclusive Apollo Blue colour, and sent to long-time Ford customiser Dearborn Steel Tubing Company for “enhancement” and finishing, at a cost of $15,000 per unit (about $137,000 in 2022). In addition to the special paint and vinyl roof there was a gold anodised grille emblem, landau S-bars and badge work. Significantly the cars were fitted with prototype ASC sunroofs because there was no convertible 5th generation T-bird as there had been with all previous generations. Ford hoped the sunroof option would appease open-air enthusiasts though it didn’t become available until 1969. Also fitted were a quartz foglight, bespoke wheel covers and a trunk-mounted antennae to support the numerous wireless devices. Inside there was a custom-built full-length centre console including a radio-telephone, Philco colour TV, and dual reading lamps. Of the 5 cars built one was destroyed in transit to the San Francisco store but at least 3 of the others are still known to exist.

CUSTOMIZE VOXY
Tommykaira
“You won’t know until you ride!”
The staff at Tomita Yume Factory has been familiar with European cars for many years. With that sensibility and technology, the ``Tommykaira VOXY'' has achieved a smooth ride that is on par with European cars!
"A new generation eight-seater sports car"
Why not try tracing the winding tracks for a cool look?
Tommykaira's idea of a minivan: a new generation 8-seater sports car. Traditionally, minivans have been associated with superior comfort, but their driving performance has been questionable. This was the established theory.
However, ``Tommykaira VOXY'' denies this.
After careful consideration, we found a suspension that we were really satisfied with.
The setting know-how known as ``Tommy Kaira Magic'' has been poured into this car, resulting in a confident finish that exudes the scent of a sports car.
The responsive engine feeling is also outstanding.
Accelerator work exactly as you want, so you don't feel stressed.
absolute presence
The front grill of “Tommykaira VOXY” has a strong presence.
An idea that shatters the conventional concept of dress-up.
The design and volume dramatically change the appearance.
A “box” that doesn’t feel like a “box”
There is absolutely nothing wrong with his aggressive style.
A car that makes you feel cool.
I want to be a good father and a good man.
It makes that ideal a reality.

Austin Mini Banham Roadster
This stunning Austin Mini Banham Speedster started as an, already desirable, 1967 Austin Mini 850 but has been subject to a nut and bolt restoration  The restoration included a full blasted shell and new heritage panels where necessary, the panels were de-seamed and lead filled before being treated to a 2K Ultra Black finish. The bespoke rear deck is held tight but can be removed, it is held in place with stainless steel screws from the rear window. New subframes, bushes, suspension arms, wheel bearings, brakes including calipers, braided brake lines and servo assisted brakes have all been fitted and every nut and bolt has either been chromed, painted or replaced. Sportspack arches were cut and profiled to fit flush against the panels, they sit above new staggered Minilite wheels and tyres with Spax adjustable dampers and Fusion sound package which includes a Sony stereo hidden under the dash. The car has custom door cards, full carpet and RS Turbo Recaro seats retrimmed in leather with green stitching. The 1275cc engine was completely rebuilt with a stainless exhaust and water-cooled aluminium inlet manifold. As you can see, the build was somewhat painstaking and the quality of the finish is worthy of any show.

The Chernobog was a really cool idea that was executed poorly. Having a dedicated missile carrier to counter aircraft was a good addition in theory, but it was armored with wet paper towels and took ages to set up while having a unique radar icon that magnetized bandits right to you. It wasn't until a few years later when the localized off-radar ability was introduced that it became even remotely viable, and even then, nine times out of ten it was better to just use the explosive sniper anyway. None of us ever bothered using the Chernobog in combat and we instead spent our time Cargobobbing cars under its missile turret and using it as an atom smasher.
Tumblr media
You knew you'd won a shitter stomp when they pulled out the ol' ragetank. The TM-01 Khanjali was the surest sign that its owner was angry at something, be it getting dogpiled by a crew or getting ventilated by laggy overpowered NPCs. The real fun of the Khanjali was in wedging telephone poles between its chassis and turret and spinning really fast to make the physics engine freak out and launch the tank across the map.
Tumblr media
When I saw there was a car being added with a controllable gun turret on the roof, my first impulse was to paint it up like the car from Super Spy Hunter for the NES. The Weaponized Tampa made heists and PvE missions downright hilarious, being able to scream around corners with guns blazing. Who cared if it could hardly hit the broad side of a barn?
Tumblr media
In yet another example of the developers being horribly out of touch with their fanbase, the Caracara was added to get an F-150 Raptor into the game, but specifically as a knockoff of a 6x6 conversion of one. And then they added a gun turret to the back for kicks. It was fun to use as a party Technical, don't get me wrong, but many of us were much more welcoming of the later Caracara 4x4.
Tumblr media
Gee Barrage, how come your mom lets you have two gun turrets? This truck was my first choice to bring to heists when playing with randoms, because having not one but two mounted guns grabbed their attention and ensured there was no fighting over who got to play with the big shooty. It was like one of those fancy minivans with the TVs in the back.
Tumblr media
Before we had the Khanjali, we had the APC. Being slightly faster and fully amphibious made it loads of fun to bring to missions that had you recovering cargo from the ocean. Seeing one of these with a proper driver and gunner duo was actually pretty scary, and since you needed a crew to operate one of these effectively, I found it fitting to do this one up with glitched Benny's wheels and a shiny purple paint job to pay homage to the Third Street Saints. Did you know that that was why my character wore purple headphones?
Tumblr media
The Insurgent Pick-up Custom, affectionately known as the Gunsurgent, was the best way to calm down a noisy session all the way from its Pegasus predecessor's introduction in 2015 to the present day. Even memebikes had to watch their step around it. Whenever this big guy came out of the garage, it was officially go time. Turned out there weren't many problems that a rolling block of steel with a Ma Deuce on the roof couldn't solve.
Tumblr media
Despite being lauded for its stealth capabilities, having the same radar icon as an average street car, it was always easy to spot a Vigilante coming because you'd see said icon doing a pirouette every couple of blocks. Not many drivers could handle the Vigilante's boost function, and its low ground clearance made it prone to getting violently hung up on bits of terrain that other cars would completely ignore. It was even more groan-inducing trying to use its missiles and watching them go sailing straight underneath the vehicles you were trying to hit. The Vigilante was amazing at pushing other cars around, though, especially that cursed Humane Labs monkey van, and parking it against a wall to launch cars with its rocket boost was a ride you could charge admission for.
Tumblr media
Never in the history of GTA has a vehicle had a redemption arc as glorious as that of the Dune FAV. On release, it wasn't anything special, as its occupants were exposed and its mounted gun had a very limited traversal, and it only became more hated as time passed because the developers, in their infinite wisdom, had decided to bind the proximity mine function to the same button as the horn, making it all too easy to blow yourself to smithereens when trying to give a friendly beep. This problem was exacerbated in the Dune FAVs used for bunker sales, as now the mine button not only took the place of the horn button, but also that of the one used by every other bunker sale vehicle to drop a shipment, so giving that friendly beep on your way to deliver was going to cost you a hell of a lot more than just 500 GTA-bucks. Many of my friends and crew writhed at the sight of these buggies for years until the release of the Up-N-Atomizer physics gun, at which point the lowly Dune FAV got a new lease on life by being the only vehicle in the game that allowed the driver to use the Up-N-Atomizer as a drive-by weapon. Filled with newfound vigor, the Dune FAV made its triumphant return to the battlefield, bringing joy and physics fun to everyone, and we all lived ragdolly ever after.
Tumblr media
For quite a while, I looked down my nose at the humble Nightshark. It was just a smaller Insurgent, right? Why would I bother owning one when I already had an Insurgent? But then it went on sale, and I gave it a try out of boredom, and my game plan was changed forever. This thing was a feisty little mountain goat. It was kind of like a small Insurgent, yes, but that smaller size meant it had much more get-up-and-go than its bigger brother, and it was much more comfortable when taken off the beaten path. I actually kept mine in the back of my Mobile Operations Center, where it could be summoned without having to wait for the mechanic to pick up the phone, as an emergency escape vehicle. This foresight proved quite useful, as one of the Nightshark's most important qualities proved to be that it was able to tank a memebike's full complement of missiles and keep running. This, combined with its lack of a unique radar icon, made it ideal for defensive play, and once we learned that breaking the driver's door off made it easy to score eject kills, it became ideal for just about everything.

1973 TRIUMPH X75 HURRICANE
Superb example of one of the first factory customsToday the factory custom is taken for granted as an integral part of mainstream motorcycling. Harley-Davidson has almost made it an art form, and nearly all other manufacturers have followed suit. But it was BSA that pioneered this now successful concept with Craig Vetter’s strikingly styled X75 Hurricane of 1973. Not only was the X75 the world’s first factory custom, it also influenced later mainstream motorcycle design.
The Hurricane grew out of the lukewarm response to the original BSA Rocket Three in America. This was considered ugly and overweight, and in 1969 BSA in the US approached a young designer and fibreglass manufacturer Craig Vetter to produce a prototype custom Rocket Three. There was already a growing interest in customised machines among young American motorcyclists and the directors of BSA in the US wanted something that evoked the lean US-specification Triumph Bonnevilles of the mid-1960s. Vetter’s own philosophy was to contrast the age-old traditions of the British motorcycle industry with the American underground youth culture.
Vetter set to work on a stock 750cc BSA Rocket Three, creating a single curvaceous moulded fuel tank, seat and side panels. Although the 67x70mm three-cylinder engine was standard, Vetter modified the cylinder head by enlarging the fin area. This was done purely for aesthetic reasons, as were the black painted cylinder barrels. With three 27mm Amal concentric carburettors the power was 58 horsepower at 7,250 rpm. The distinctive triple silencers exiting on the right were derived from those of the Team BSA flat tracker. Going for a lean look, Vetter installed separate instruments and a traditional chromed headlamp. The standard gaitered forks also made way for cleaner Ceriani-style units. The one-piece nine-litre tank and seat incorporated a steel fuel cell within the fibreglass while the conical hub twin leading shoe front brake was from the A75. The Vetter Rocket Three also received Borrani light alloy 19 and 18-inch wheels rims and an Aztec Red colour scheme.
Considering the precarious financial state of the BSA company at that time it was surprising that BSA executives approved a limited production run of the Vetter Rocket Three. Unfortunately, the finalisation of the production version coincided with the closure of BSA’s Small Heath factory so the Vetter was transferred to the Triumph plant at Meriden for further development. When it finally went into production in September 1972 the official model name was the Triumph X75 Hurricane. However, it was still essentially a BSA Rocket Three, as evidenced by the forward slanted cylinders. The name also carried on a BSA tradition of meteorological themes, including Cyclone, Lightning, and Thunderbolt.
The general specifications were that of the four-speed BSA A75, but some Hurricanes were also based on the five-speed A75V. The dry weight was considerably less than the standard Rocket Three at 202kg, and the longer forks increased the wheelbase to 1,524mm. The top speed was nearly 200 km/h. The Hurricane was primarily a US market model and only 1,172 were built. Today it is one of the most coveted BSA/Triumph triples. Vetter’s styling was visionary and few designs have withstood the ravages of time as well as the X75 Hurricane.

'Cadmad,' perhaps the world's only '59 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham station wagon, takes the 2019 Ridler Award
Built by Jordan Quintal II and Super Rides by Jordan in Escondido, California, Cadmad is a most unlikely creation. The starting point was a 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham, a no-expense-spared luxury sedan with a body handcrafted by Pinin Farina in Italy. Just 99 examples were built for 1959, each priced at $13,074, at a time when other Cadillac Eldorado models - two-door hardtops or convertibles - listed for $7,401. To this rare original, Super Rides by Jordan grafted on the roof of a Pontiac Safari station wagon, though the process was hardly that simple.
To carry over the two-door wagon theme, the Eldorado’s rear doors were removed, while the front doors were lengthened by six inches. The body was sectioned to remove 2.5 inches, while from nose to tail the Cadillac lost 18.5 inches in overall length. The body was narrowed as well, losing four inches in the process, while the station wagon’s roof was lengthened slightly and chopped by about two inches. The modifications required custom rear glass, as well as a fabricated rear hatch.Underneath, Cadmad rides on a frame constructed of 1 5/8-inch steel tubing, with a fully independent suspension in front and rear. Power comes from a twin-turbocharged, 632-cu.in. Chevy big-block V-8, built by Nelson Racing Engines to an output of 1,025 horsepower and 950-pound-feet of torque. Instead of mating this monster mill directly to a transmission, the custom uses a 4L60 plugged into a C5 Corvette transaxle housing, shifting some of the weight to the car's rear.
By Kurt Ernst on Mar 5th, 2019 at 8:59 am Comments: 138In This ArticleCategory: EventsCadillac never contracted with Pinin Farina to build a station wagon variant of its 1959 Eldorado Brougham, but as this year's Ridler Award winner Cadmad (a portmanteau of CADillac and noMAD) demonstrates, perhaps it should have. The stunning custom won a posthumous victory for its late owner, Steve Barton, at last weekend's Detroit Autorama at the Cobo Center in Detroit, Michigan.Photo by John Sanderson.Built by Jordan Quintal II and Super Rides by Jordan in Escondido, California, Cadmad is a most unlikely creation. The interior was crafted by Ron Marqus, and features a custom-built dash (with Classic Instruments gauges) and reupholstered Cadillac CTS-V bucket seats. The cargo area sports an inlaid wood design, a theme that’s carried over to the door trim, dashboard, and even center consoles.
The Cadmad was said to be 16 years in the making, and from the very beginning was designed and built with the Ridler Award as its ultimate goal. When owner Steve Barton died at age 76 in January 2018, the decision was made to carry on with the project in his memory, and Steve’s brother Craig was on hand to accept the award in his late brother’s absence.

1935 Ford pickup
The truck is all steel with the exception of the custom rear fenders. The body is very straight on this truck, not rusty or patched up. The black paint is a few years old with a chip here and there but still very presentable anywhere you go. The truck is sitting on a later model suburban chassis, a Dana 70 dual rear axle was added as well as the truck having a Dana 44 front drive axle also. The 4x4 dually theme is very noticable thanks to the aftermarket 19.5 wheels. The powerplant is an early 70's GM 402 cid Big Block. The engine has alot of grunt, backed by a 4 speed manual transmission and a NP 261 transfer case. The truck runs highway speeds over 70 mph comfortably. It is a proven driver and very roadworthy. This one has aftermarket heat and a new wiring harness also. On the inside the pickup had a new custom leather seat built for the truck to maximze space and comfort. The door panels and headliner are all built from ABS to prevent warpage. The truck has a custom molded carpet set, wipers, turn signals, horn, and the roll out windshield is still in fine working order. The speedometer and other gauges are all in working condition.

6 Reasons Why More and More Car Owners are Leaning Into Alloy Wheels
Alloy wheels have become increasingly popular among car enthusiasts and everyday drivers alike. These wheels are made from a combination of aluminum and other metals, offering several advantages over traditional steel wheels.
Tumblr media
Various Benefits Of Alloy Wheels And Why They Are A Preferred Choice
1. Lightweight Construction
One of the primary advantages of Ottawa alloy wheels is their lightweight construction. Compared to traditional steel wheels, alloy wheels are significantly lighter, which can have a positive impact on various aspects of vehicle performance. The reduced weight of alloy wheels results in less unsprung weight, improving handling, cornering, and overall agility. Additionally, lighter wheels can enhance fuel efficiency by reducing the amount of energy required to propel the vehicle.
2. Enhanced Aesthetic Appeal
Alloy wheels are available in a wide range of designs, finishes, and sizes, allowing vehicle owners to customize their ride and enhance its aesthetic appeal. Whether you prefer a sleek and modern look or a more aggressive and sporty style, there's an alloy wheel design to suit every taste and preference. The eye-catching appearance of alloy wheels can significantly enhance the overall look of a vehicle, making it stand out on the road and turning heads wherever it goes.
3. Improved Heat Dissipation
Alloy wheels offer superior heat dissipation compared to steel wheels, thanks to their excellent thermal conductivity properties. During braking, heat is generated as the brake pads clamp down on the rotors. Alloy wheels are better able to dissipate this heat, helping to prevent brake fade and maintain consistent braking performance, especially during heavy or prolonged braking. This can enhance safety and reliability, particularly in high-performance driving conditions.
4. Resistance to Corrosion
Experts at Goldwing Autocare explain that unlike steel wheels, which are prone to rust and corrosion when exposed to moisture and road salt, alloy wheels are highly resistant to corrosion. The aluminum alloy used in alloy wheels forms a protective oxide layer when exposed to air, preventing the metal from corroding and maintaining its appearance and structural integrity over time. This corrosion resistance ensures that alloy wheels remain looking great for years to come, even in harsh environmental conditions.
5. Increased Brake Clearance
Alloy wheels are often designed with larger diameters and thinner spokes compared to steel wheels. This design allows for increased brake clearance, making alloy wheels compatible with larger brake calipers and rotor assemblies. As a result, vehicle owners have the flexibility to upgrade their braking systems for improved stopping power and performance without worrying about clearance issues. This makes alloy wheels an excellent choice for enthusiasts who want to enhance their vehicle's performance capabilities.
Tumblr media
6. Ease of Maintenance
Maintaining alloy wheels is relatively easy compared to steel wheels. The smooth and non-porous surface of alloy wheels makes them resistant to dirt, brake dust, and other contaminants, making them easier to clean and maintain. Regular washing with mild soap and water is usually all that's needed to keep alloy wheels looking their best. Additionally, alloy wheels can be polished or painted to restore their luster or customize their appearance, providing endless possibilities for personalization.
Alloy wheels offer a multitude of advantages over traditional steel wheels, including lightweight construction, enhanced aesthetic appeal, improved heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, better fuel efficiency, increased resale value, and customization options. Whether you're looking to enhance the performance, appearance, or value of your vehicle, alloy wheels are a versatile and practical choice for drivers of all kinds. Check this to find out more.

Waterproof test machine include ipx34 waterproof test sprey
Tumblr media
Waterproof test machine is applicable to a wide range of products, including but not limited to electronic components, outdoor lighting fixtures, automotive accessories, communication equipment, cabinets, motors, drones, diving equipment, lighting fixtures, diving equipment and household appliances. The structure and characteristics of the ipx34 waterproof test sprey: The appearance of the ipx34 waterproof test sprey, the test chamber shell is made of blue and white paint, from the single raw material color evolution to the now both beautiful and generous chamber shell, are technical personnel to design without hard work. And there is a heat sink on the right side of the outside of the chamber, which can effectively prolong the service life of the equipment. The difference between the chamber type and the pillar type is that the chamber type waterproof spray rain test machine can recycle water. The bottom of the test chamber is equipped with a water storage tank, and the water after the test will flow back to the water tank. The chamber structure can be said to be both energy-saving and environmental protection. More importantly, customers no longer need to build a special waterproof laboratory, this model structure can greatly save the initial input cost. In addition, the bottom of the test chamber has four movable wheels, which makes it easier to handle the machine. Basically, all waterproof test machines have an intelligent control operation system. Controlling the entire operation core system—the operation panel is a 7-inch color touch screen + Panasonic PLC. The user can set parameters, start, stop, clear data and other actions on the mobile phone or computer. (Remote control function requires downloading the corresponding software). Of course, we also have a simpler operation system, with the purpose of providing more convenience for customers and meeting the production requirements of more customers. Let’s take a look at the door of the spray test device. The door shell is sprayed with blue paint, and there is a transparent tempered glass window on the top. There are also LED lighting lamps inside the chamber, in order to make the operator see the test situation inside the box more clearly, in order to better record. The LED lighting lamp is right below the sample power socket, and the sample power is turned on and off and the time is controlled by the system, which is convenient for some samples testing. In the middle of the inner chamber is the test swing pipe. The reason why it is called the swing pipe is that in the test, the swing pipe needs to swing for testing. The shape of the swing pipe is semi-circular, and the top is evenly distributed with nozzles. The diameter of the nozzle is 0.4mm, and the distance between each nozzle is 50mm. (strictly designed according to GB4208 standard) According to the test standard, the test sample should be 200mm max apart from the nozzles, so that the test sample can be sprayed more evenly and the test is more accurate. The same as the upright rain simulator, the test chamber's swinging pipe is also removable. Differently, the number of the nozzles for testing IPX3 and IPX4 is different but for easier test, we improved the design of itself and changed the test degrees by replacing the needles. Moreover, in order to ensure the regular swing of the pipe, we also installed a protractor on the relative position of the axle. Coming to the mid-way position underneath the pipe, it is the platform for placing the test sample, which is made of SUS 304 stainless steel that has good corrosion resistance. As the height of the test sample and the water-spray holes must be contained in a corresponding fixed value, the height of the platform is adjustable, which can be adjusted manually. In addition, the platform can be rotated in three ways for a more accurate test. We can also clearly see that there is a mesh-like filter layer inside the outlet of the inner box, in order to prevent samples or other sundries flowing into the water storage tank, and then blocking the water spray holes. Speaking of filters, there is also a filter behind the test machine, which serves the purpose of filtering out the sundries in the tap water pumped into the test machine. The reason why the tap water is used in the test is because it does not contain much impurities. As mentioned above, the water spray holes have an aperture of 0.4mm, if there are too many sundries in the water, it will block the water spray holes, which not only reduces the life of the nozzle, but also consumes more original materials. The ipx34 waterproof test sprey: waterproof testing method: their spray water hole diameter diameter 0.4mm; Flow rate: 1.8L/min±0.05 (IPX3); 6L/min±0.05 (IPX4); Swing pipe angle: 120° (IPX3); 350° (IPX4); Swing pipe swing speed: 120° round-trip 4s (IPX3); 350° round-trip 12s (IPX4), it should be noted that their swing pipe radius size has 8 kinds, different swing pipes have different flow rates. ipx34 waterproof test sprey related information is as follows: 1. Suitable for IPX3, IPX4 waterproof level test of products. 2. The shower head is made of pure brass material, the surface is mirror-polished, like copper mirror, beautiful and fashionable, and corrosion-resistant. 3. The movable strut is made of aluminum alloy material (fully in compliance with the standard material requirements), and the surface is subjected to sanding treatment, which is beautiful and durable. 4. The surface of the shower head has a spray rust-proof coating to prevent watermark from forming copper-green and affecting the appearance. 5. The number of nozzles is 121, which can be tested and certified by third-party measuring units. 6. Water injection mode: handheld, can be directly connected to tap water use. IPX4 test condition and functional parameter of waterproof test device Execution standard: Can meet EC60529: 1989 +A1: 1999 +A2: 2013, GB/T4208-2017 "Enclosure Protection Level (IP Code)" and other national standards. Function parameter: 1. Suitable for IPX4 waterproof level test of products 2. Flow rate: IPX4=0.84L/min ±5% 3. Turntable carrying capacity 50kg 4. Swing tube angle: 350° (IPX4) 5. Swing pipe swing speed: 350° round trip 12s 6. Turntable rotation mode: continuous positive rotation / positive and negative rotation alternately; JL-X waterproof test machine is according to IEC60529:1989 +A1:1999 +A2:2013 《Degrees of protection provided by enclosures(IP Code)》, IEC60598, IEC60335 and IEC 60034-5, GB/T-2423.2, GB4208, GB7000.1. The JL-X includes the following test grades: IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, IPX6, IPX7 and IPX8 (Refer to page 51 of IEC60529).
