If there is ever an official sequel to Digimon's Dusk and Dawn, I want the MC to meet the original navigator digimon, but they've digivolved, so mainly veteran players and fans who know their digimon lore can probably notice.
Like maybe a Porcupamon/Astamon and an Angewomon/Holydramon are the first to greet you and give you a short tour or tutorial in the game intro or functions as a sorta deuteragonist throughout the game.

8, 11, and 22 for the questionnaire?
8. A series you haven’t played but are interested in trying
Hmmm. Dragon's Dogma? I keep having it recommended to me recently.... I hear its basically "Silly and the Colossus" which does appeal to me...
11. Do you prefer ‘blank slate’ main characters you make yourself or otherwise project onto, or characters with a set personality and backstory?
This is an evil question. I like 'blank slate' protagonists who bait and switch you into having a full personality.
This is me talking about Player Kingdom Hearts.
I fall for it every time. I hear theres an 'everyman' protagonist who in the third act has a personality and I fall all over myself for them
22. A game ending that’s really stuck with you
Uh. Not gonna suprise anyone here: Kingdom Hearts X. Yes, the browser one. The slow build of anxiety those last few weeks until shutdown really stuck with me. The way you had other wielders in the field, but then as the story rolled out over the month they started to fall to darkness... The actual STORY in those updates...... God it was so good. Still riding that high years later.
Bravely Default (the first) also had a banger ending. The way it so rapidly recontextuallized worldbuilding and plot points... The bittersweet tragedy of it all.. Good stuff.

the first half of this game i’ve liked a lot honestly. i’ve seen complaints about it and i can see why but i do find it fun enough. we need that introduction of concepts and ramping up of things and the side quests are genuinely very fun writing wise for the most part. but the second half so far just. god damn. the end of chapter 10 hit hard and chapter 11 just kept swinging and now i’m in the digital world in chapter 12?
cybersleuth’s a good game. got its issues but it’s a good game.
