Protective Fuyuhiko Headcanons

Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu x Male Reader

A/N: This fic was requested over on our Wattpad, we hope it's alright! Sorry for it's delayed arrival, Owner 2 had something come up and it took a little longer to finish. Sorry it's so short btw, we kind of struggled with this idea.

- Fuyuhiko always puts you first.

- Meaning he would literally drop everything for you.

- He makes sure the coast is clear whenever you’re around.

- He makes sure to always protect you when he's around.

- But If he's not around, he would order Peko to remain by your side.

- If you were ever in distress, he would be there within minutes.

- Makes sure you know he’s there for you, that you’re safe as long as you’re with him.

- “Are you okay Y/N? What did that bastard do to you?”

- “I’ll protect you, with my life.”

- ”If anyone tries to start anything, you come straight to me. Got it?”

- “Jesus Y/N! What are you doing? You could of almost gotten yourself fucking killed!”

- ”You know I’d do anything to keep you safe, anything.”

- Won’t let anyone harm you, but if they manage to, they’d be as good as dead.

- “What did you do to him, you asshole!”

- ”Lay another finger on him, and you’re fucking dead.”

- He walks with you to and from your cabin, the beach, the other islands.

- Pretty much anywhere.

- He knows you’re probably capable enough to keep yourself safe.

- But he really can’t lose you, so he doesn’t want to take ANY risks.

- If you’re spending the day in your room, he’ll be sure to come check up on you every couple of hours.

- Always lets you know where he’ll be, just in case you need to find him.

- “I’ll be right next door, just call out if you need me.”

- “I’m heading to the beach, I should be back by 6.”

- “Hajime and I are going to check out the new island, make your way to us if something happens.”

- If he’s unable to keep eyes on you, he makes sure there’s someone around you that he trusts, someone like Hajime, Sonia or Akane.

- The only three he’s sure won’t harm you.

The Truth Behind the Blackened

A/N: Hey everyone! Owner 2 here, this fic is still located in the killing game. It's placed between the 2nd last and last trial in the canon game. This is where Y/N is the blackened and killed Sonia in order to protect his boyfriend, Kazuichi from her. I don’t want to spoil much of the fic, so enjoy reading!

WARNINGS: Death, Killing, Violence, Just normal Danganronpa violence.

Kazuichi’s eyes widened with a mix of terror and disbelief as he stared up at Y/N, his boyfriend and the last person he could have ever imagined would be the blackened.

How could he be capable of such a heinous act?

As they went through the trial, he found himself struggling to keep himself together in front of everyone. He wanted to believe that Y/N was innocent, although there was a sufficient amount of evidence that led all back to Y/N. He couldn’t bear to see Y/N go through the trial with such a confident aura.

“Y/N What are you doing? Don’t just stand there and let them put words in your mouth, tell them how they're wrong and it’s all bullshit!” he yelled, balling both of his fists tightly.

Y/N looked up at Kazuichi, their eyes locking for a moment before quickly breaking away. Kazuichi could see the hope in Y/N’s eyes, he felt his stomach turn. Did Y/N purposely hurt Sonia, was there any real motive behind it? He was so unsure, his mind was filled with too much already. He just wanted an explanation from his boyfriend.

“Why did you do this Y/N!?”

“How could you?!”

“How could you do such a thing?!”

“GODDAMNIT, just ans-”

“ENOUGH! It was all for you Kazuichi. I killed Sonia for you. If I hadn't, you would have been in her place instead. She tried killing you, that’s why I needed to get to her first.” Y/N spoke frantically as he cut off a panicked Kazuichi.

Everyone fell quiet once hearing Y/N’s sudden outburst, trying to process what had just happened. Kaziuchi just stood behind his podium. He felt a mixture of emotions as he listened to Y/N’s explanation. He was relieved that Y/N wasn’t trying to hurt him, horrified at the idea that he could have been in Sonia's place, and disbelief that his boyfriend had gone to such extreme measures to protect him.

“That’s not a well detailed explanation at all Y/N, how did you know that Sonia was going after Kazuichi? Do you have any evidence? For all we know, you could just be trying to get out of this mess.” Nagito retorted, raising a brow with a small smile.

Y/N groaned softly, rubbing his head a little bit as he calmed down. “Sonia was trying to kill Kazuichi. She had a vendetta against him and was willing to kill him at whatever costs. I killed her in self defence of somebody else who was bound to be killed by her first. I didn’t want to hurt anyone. I didn’t plan it, but Sonia was a threat to Kazuichis life. I had to protect him. Sure I don’t have any solid proof, but even any of you could see the hatred in her eyes everytime Kaziuichi was in the room! She said multiple things, even made threats. You were all there for that! She was definitely capable of anything that she put her mind to. Murdering Kazuichi was one of them. I don’t care whether I die or not. I’m just glad I was of value to your life Kazuichi, and was able to help you survive that little longer.” He sucked in a breath, clenching his fist slightly.

“How cute? Anyways, this is starting to get a bit sappy. Everyone gather your bearings, it’s voting time!” Monokuma declared.

Little icons of the students popped up on the screen of each podium, the classmates who had passed being blanked out. Everyone looked down, selecting who they wanted to vote for whilst Soda was in absolute tears at this point. His hand shakily hovered over his own icon before pressing it. He knew it would do nothing, it was absolutely pointless. But he always had that little bit of hope within him.

Once everyone casted their votes, Y/N popped up onto the screen. “Y/N!” a desperate cry from Kazuichi could be heard as he ran over to his boyfriend, hugging him tightly. “It will be alright Kazu, I love you very much. Promise me you will do your best to survive and live on?” he questioned him. The other gave a small nod, sobbing as he grabbed onto his shirt tightly.

“It’s punishment time!” Monokumas voice rang throughout the trial room.

Within seconds, Y/N was gone from Soda’s sight. He dropped to his knees, he couldn't dare look at the view in front of him. After a few minutes that seemed like a lifetime, the trial was finally over. Y/N’s dead body laying in front of them.

When they all exited the room, Kazuichi just sat there, looking at the ground. He was absolutely and utterly torn. He couldn’t believe that the only person that he trusted and loved here was now gone.
