im fine........ i just feel like i lost a piece of my soul ahahahahah. 

so this season was definitely a lot better than the first i think. especially animation-wise, but even arc-wise in general? there were a lot more episodes i’d consider outstanding, but then there were also 2 episodes i kind of fucking hated and s1 had none of those so like...... hmmmmmmm

this entire part tho........ i actually think it could’ve been longer lmfao. i would’ve liked to see even more of them pairing up and encountering dangerous situations, but the final fight with dio too....... i would’ve liked to see it go on longer; it’s just so epic

i do understand why ppl might not like the ending, and i’m already accustomed to jojo endings not being the best, but i don’t have a lot to complain about (apart from dio’s hair getting shorter at that point for whatever reason???? don’t like it eh)

it made me cry less than part 5 did, probably bc i knew about every major death beforehand, and also iggy’s death drained me so much that i barely felt anything later on hhh. the vanilla ice arc certainly was something, pretty fucking incredible but also sad aND ANNOYING BC HE TOOK FOREVER TO JUST DIE 

and his stand is like??? kind of like the hand?? but worse??????? i mean it’s a cool stand it’s just s c a r y

also going back to the art, back at the beginning of the liveblog i said that i really loved it then when i finished the first season i said i don’t really like it. which is still kind of true. when it comes to the backgrounds i really love the ones we get when they’re in japan, they just look and feel really nice and kind of autumn-y i guess, but then the rest is just kind of ehh apart from like dio’s mansion i guess lmfao. and when it comes to the character designs, it very much depends, some of them i love some of them i hate, i  guess i don’t really love their faces overall, and also the colours are a bit muted for my taste. but then again all of this very much fits the setting of the show so i wouldn’t really want it to be different

music-wise still just as great as the first season, kakyoin’s theme is prob one of my favourite pieces of music from any anime ever (violin aaaAAAAAAA.). also stand  sounds are the fucking best oh my jesus i really love the bass-boosted ones like the hand and the world THEY JUST SOUND SO FUCKING GOOD AHGNDNGJ. the voice acting was never not amazing as expected, also as of now takehito koyasu has become one of my faves uhhhh yea

i feel like i said everything else i had to say. idk what to rate it tho bc it’s better than the first season but that’s a 10/10 so like??? idk  a million/10 best show ever
