If They Had A Kid / Ship Children
@pantslessoptimism didn't ask for this BUT SAMO YOU'RE GETTING IT
Will x Sophie child #1
Name: Henry Michael Score
Gender: Male
General Appearance: Dark hair, tall like his father, fair skin, piercing blue eyes ; later in life, he's got a tattoo of two wolves underneath a full moon meant to represent his parents
Personality: He's charming, humorous, and a prankster. Very protective of his family, his favorite past time is picking on his sister - but ONLY he can bully her - he'll fight anyone who tries to pick on her (even though she's tough enough to fight her own battles).
Special Talents: Generic werewolf abilities and traits ; he's also very skilled at carpentry like his father and has inherited his mother's love for dance.
Who they like better: Sophie (his father has instilled in him the importance of loving and worshipping Sophie as she deserves to be)
Who they take after more: A mix of both
Personal Head canon: He's the older twin by four minutes technically, but does not share the same birthday as his twin sister because he was born four minutes before midnight. He's taken an interest in archery, using bows and crossbows to hunt wild game when not in wolf form (taught to him by Will).
Face Claim: Cody Christian
Will x Sophie child # 2
Name: Emma Katherine Score
Gender: Female
General Appearance: Dark hair, fair skin, rounded heart shaped face, looks petite and innocence
Personality: On first meeting, she's quite shy and introverted, one could easily mistake her for being a push over - she is anything but. Being taught from an early age how to defend herself, she's not afraid to cut a bitch if she needs to. Genuinely, though, she is a warm soul who loves animals and nature.
Special Talents: Generic werewolf traits ; Has a passion for dance just like her mother - she and her twin brother would dance with Sophie all the time as young children.
Who they like better: Will (she's totally a daddy's girl)
Who they take after more: A mix of both
Personal Head canon: She has a special connection with animals and nature, often spending her time out in the forests around the family cabin feeding squirrels and birds and even the deer that will end up inevitably becoming their food; she does not go on hunts very often, not wanting to actually kill or see the kill. Though she does eat meat, it's in smaller portions than her family, preferring more vegetables and fruit. She does have one special deer friend that is not allowed to be hunted; she once saved the animal as a fawn from another predator and has since bonded to her. Though the deer roams free, she will often come around the cabin to visit and be attended to by Emma. Though the deer is easily recognized by Emma, her father went out of his way to make a special collar that the deer wears so that the rest of the family knows who the animal is and thus knows not to hunt it.
Face Claim: Emily Rudd

BAFTA Awards…
PUNCH Online reports that the BAFTA Awards are presented in an annual ceremony by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA).
These awards honour outstanding achievements in the film industry, both British and international, and are considered among the most prestigious film awards globally.
The BAFTA Awards were first held in 1947, making them one of the oldest film awards ceremonies. The awards ceremony usually takes place in London, and it attracts a significant amount of attention from the film industry and the public.
On categories, BAFTA Awards are presented in various categories, including Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, and many technical and creative categories like cinematography, editing, and costume design.
BAFTA Awards eligibility and voting…
Meanwhile, films eligible for consideration are not limited to British productions; they include international films released in the United Kingdom during the qualifying period. BAFTA also has specific categories, such as Outstanding British Film, to recognize and celebrate British cinema.
The winners are determined through a voting process involving BAFTA members, who are professionals across various branches of the film industry. The voting process is designed to ensure that the awards represent the consensus of the industry.
While the BAFTA Awards are prestigious in their own right, they are also seen as influential in the larger awards season, including the Oscars. Many films that perform well at BAFTA often go on to receive nominations and accolades at other major film festivals and awards ceremonies.
The BAFTA Awards ceremony typically takes place in February, with nominees and celebrities from the film industry attending the event. The ceremony is popular for its red-carpet arrivals, speeches, and celebrations of outstanding achievements in film.
It contributes significantly to the recognition and celebration of excellence in the film industry, providing a platform for filmmakers and artists to showcase their work and receive acknowledgment for their contributions.

Heeey how are you doing? Do you have any good books to recommend? Anything you find interesting would be great, period or contemporary, fantasy or real. I just feel like reading these days and I can't think of anything good myself. Since I love your blog so much, I thought something you vibe with would probably be great!
hey! okay, so i mostly read romances, usually historical but i do read some contemporary stuff, and i also read a lot of mystery/thrillers (some of which are romances as well) and some fantasy.
my main recommendation for historical romance is lynn messina, she has a series of regency romances and then a cosy mystery series which is also regency with a romantic side plot. she has a really lovely turn of phrase and some funny lines, and her mysteries are very strong. the cosy mystery series, the beatrice hyde-clare mysteries, is one of my absolute favourites, i love it so much and wish it got more appreciation!
aside from her, i also recommend anything by tessa dare, courtney milan, and sarah maclean - i also like loretta chase, but with the caveat she’s been published since the late 80s and some of her books have some iffy content for today’s reader. just check some reviews first!
for contemporary, i’ve really enjoyed talia hibbert, tessa bailey and lucy score recently. i also like sally thorne, lucy parker, and kristen callihan. if you want something long and slow-burn-y i quite like mariana zapata’s (they are incredibly slow burn, so take note!) and if you want something really light and fun then i’d recommend pretty much anything by emma hart.
also, just a note about romances, but none of these (except for some of lynn messina’s) are what you might call “clean/sweet/closed door” romances, so they all have sex scenes - if that’s not your thing, then i’d give them a miss.
for fantasy, i like deborah harkness, laini taylor, leigh bardugo, holly black, v.e. schwab, rachel caine (mainly her great library series), and derek landy.
for mysteries/thrillers, i’d recommend emma kavanagh, c.l. taylor, ruth ware, sophie hannah, lisa jewell, clare mackintosh, phil rickman, and c.j. sansom. rachel grant writes good romantic suspense books that are really fast-paced and full of twists (i burned through her entire evidence series over a few weeks this year).
also, not quite like anything else on the list except it’s a cosy mystery, but i really recommend robin stevens’ murder most unladylike series. it’s aimed at teenagers (the heroines are 12, i think, in the first novel, and are 15 by the final one) but they’re written in quite a broad style that appealed to me as a twenty-something year old. they touch on a lot of lgbt themes as well as having some good, solid mysteries.
i hope you find something in here you enjoy reading! i also have a goodreads page if you want to have a look at what i’ve been reading recently, i started writing (not great) reviews earlier this year to cope with lockdown boredom so anything i read this year has a review with content warnings x

‘Secret Life of Pets 2’ and ‘Dark Phoenix’ Vie for Top Spot in Crowded Box Office - TheWrap
Last weekend was a busy one for movie theaters with three wide releases from major studios, but it doesn’t get any quieter this weekend with the release of two major titles: Universal/Illumination’s “The Secret Life of Pets 2” and Fox/Disney’s “Dark Phoenix.”
“Secret Life of Pets 2” is expected to take No. 1, though with an opening weekend much smaller than its 2016 predecessor. Box office trackers are expecting an opening for the animated movie in the $60 million range, and the studio expects that an opening in the $50 million range would be a strong start. However, the first “Secret Life” earned a $104 million opening en route to grossing $875 million worldwide, second only to “Shrek 2” among non-Disney animated films.
But even if this sequel doesn’t match the original’s box office total, its presence will be welcomed by movie theater owners. While last summer’s box office was strong, “Incredibles 2” was the only major box office force among animated films, though “Hotel Transylvania 3” provided some modest contributions.

“Secret Life of Pets” was key to Illumination becoming a global box office force on the level of DreamWorks and Pixar, expanding the studio’s stable of characters beyond “Despicable Me.” The sequel should have the same overseas potential, grossing $31.6 million in nine markets throughout May, and it should provide even more fuel to keep families coming to theaters along with the usual Disney fare.
Speaking of Disney, “Dark Phoenix” will mark a big moment in that studio’s history, as the “X-Men” film is the first major blockbuster it will release from 20th Century Fox. While Disney has released other Fox films since acquiring its former competitor back in March, including the Christian film “Breakthrough,” “Dark Phoenix” is the first to come from one of the major franchises that Disney sought after to build its already dominant IP stable.
While the horror spinoff “The New Mutants” is still to come, “Dark Phoenix” will be the final film to feature major members of the X-Men like Charles Xavier and Jean Grey before they become a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the coming years.

But the series’ final installment will be a far cry from its box office peak. The film is estimated for an opening of $55 million, which is only slightly better than the series low opening of $53 million earned in 2013 by “The Wolverine.” The studio is projecting between $40-50 million for “Dark Phoenix” domestically in over 3,700 locations.
Long term, “Dark Phoenix” is expected to at best match the global total of 2016’s “X-Men: Apocalypse,” which made $543 million thanks in good part to a $121 million Chinese gross. But even if this era of the X-Men goes out with a whimper, its presence will only add to Disney’s already enormous market share, which currently sits at over 35% with more than $1.5 billion grossed domestically in 2019. With its intensely anticipated slate, Disney is already expected to gross way more than $3 billion this year, but the additional grosses from Fox films could push it close to the $4 billion mark.
Based on the famed “X-Men” comics arc of the same name, “Dark Phoenix” follows Jean Grey (Sophie Turner) as her telepathic and telekinetic powers are heightened following a solar flare. However, the rise in those powers also creates an evil alter ego, the titular Dark Phoenix, which threatens to destroy both the X-Men and humanity.

Written and directed by Simon Kinberg, the film also sees the return of James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Tye Sheridan, Alexandra Shipp, Kodi Smit-McPhee and Evan Peters to the cast, with Jessica Chastain also starring.
Farther down the charts, Amazon Studios will return to theaters with the limited release of “Late Night,” a comedy about a struggling veteran late-night host who tries to recover her ratings by hiring a woman of color to her all-white, all-male writers’ room.
Critics have been generally positive on the film with a 77% Rotten Tomatoes score thus far, but praise has particularly been heaped on leading duo Emma Thompson and Mindy Kaling, who are getting early Oscar buzz for their respective performances as the seasoned host and her new writer.

“Late Night” will try to turn that into hype into some success similar to that of their 2017 film “The Big Sick,” which grossed a solid $42.8 million. The comedy opens in Los Angeles and New York this weekend, with a wide release on June 14.
