//ooc. I'm thinking about Izutsumi -- maybe that would be fun but she doesn't really fit a lot of settings for your verses I've gleaned. But I can imagine them getting into shenanigans cause 1) Izu is a cat. With cat tendencies. 2) Is selfish but once she likes you for you, she's there for you. 3) She's very straightforward & honest with her words.

If you don't know her, she's from a series called Delicious in Dungeon/Dungeon Meshi where a party had a near death escape from facing a dragon and the only reason they survived was due to their healer's sacrifice. The party disbands minus three: Laios, Marcille, and Chilchuck tries to traverse through the dungeon once more in hopes to revive the healer Farlyn (Laios' sister) 'cause as long as you're within the dungeon and not too much time has passed you can be revived. Along the way they pick up a dwarf named Senshi and then adopt Izutsumi. It's a good series and I recommend people give it a read if they have the time; TRIGGER picked it up, so you can just wait for the anime instead if you want to.

But I digress, I'm not sure which verse you'd wanna go with but I think Sonia would be fascinated with Izutsumi! It'd be cool if they could meet in maybe a main verse or something. Izutsumi is definitely not an ultimate student -- she wouldn't even be a student. She's not properly educated either, but canonically she's a ninja and she's very good at acrobats. Anyway she would definitely be hiding her ears and tail (ears under a hood and tail wrapped around her waist like a belt under the sweatshirt) in order to blend in. And there could be some mishap where her secret is revealed. Who knows if it's cosplay or not at first, but then the ears moved??? Huh!
