I need some angst rn so this is kinda a follow up to this even tho it’s been forever but basically right after they break up </3

Three days, that’s how long Denali lied there in bed, staring at the ceiling with a pit in his stomach. It was three days but for all he knew it could have been a month or even a year. Days blended into nights and it all felt like one long fever dream he couldn’t wake up from.

Not until the 4th day when he heard keys jingling outside the front door. There was no one else it could have been besides Rosé. A glimmer of hope flickered in Denali.

“Denali?” He heard Rosé call from the living room. He couldn’t bring himself to answer but Rosé’s footsteps grew closer, making Denali sit up in bed for the first time in days, swallowing down the lightheaded-ness he felt from days of crying and not much food or water.

“There you are,” Rosé said, more matter of factly than Denali felt comfortable with. It made his stomach churn, but he still held onto a bit of hope that he’d take him in his arms and tell him that he didn’t mean that they should break up, that Rosé loved him and wanted to make things work.

They stared at each other for a moment, at a loss for what to say, a gentle “I’m sorry” and “I love you” hung on the tip of Denali’s tongue, but just as he opened his mouth to speak, Rosé cleared his throat.

“I just wanted to come get my things.”

Rosé might as well have broken up with him twice with the way his heart dropped. “O-okay,” he stammered, trying to swallow back his tears. If he were stronger he would have screamed at him to leave, that he’d send his shit back in a box, but no matter what he knew he’d let Rosé hurt him a million times over and over again, so he stayed quiet and watched as Rosé threw things in a box.

It was only after the box was halfway full did Denali speak, his voice vulnerable like Rosé had never heard it. “Tell me, which part of me wasn’t enough.”

“Nali-“ Rosé started, only for Denali to interrupt him.

“Is it the way I look? Am I too clingy? Do I not want to have sex enough? Please, tell me,” he pleaded desperately.

Sighing, Rosé sat on the bed beside him. “It isn’t any of that. It’s not you, I promise.”

Fully crying, Denali took a heaving breath. “It’s not me, it’s you, right? You couldn’t at least make something else up? You had to go with the cliche line everyone says when they can’t just be fucking honest with how they feel!”

“Denali,” Rosé warned, “please, don’t do this.”

“What? Do I not deserve an explanation? After three years you’re just going to forget about me?”

Rosé ran a hand over his face tiredly. “I’m not going to forget about you. I could never forget about you. I just-I can’t do this right now. I can’t-I have to go, whatever’s left you can just keep.”

“If you go, I’ll know that you never loved me.”

Rosé stopped in his tracks, breathing out through his nose. “That isn’t true,” he muttered.

He didn’t give Denali the chance to say anything back before he was storming out of the bedroom where Denali had been holed up for days. He didn’t look back before walking out the front door, slamming it behind him while he pretended not to hear Denali crying out in anguish loud enough for him to hear it beyond the closed front door of the place they used to call their own.

yes, a lot actually.. i fall in love too fast and too deeply so it’s very easy to break my heart. i’m such a emotional bitch and i creat a lot of feelings for someone easily (something i hate about me) and... a lot of people broke my heart before..

my mom. i love her so much even i don’t show it that much actually.. we fight a lot but i love her.. ofc i do it’s my mom.. why? she’s such a warrior and i don’t want to talk about it here but i have to say she passed through a lot and i’m so glad that she’s alive today..

i think it was last week when my class was photographying for a school project and i was one of the models. i felt sexy but insecure at the same time, as always.. (i have always to feel insecure about something wow)
