Ok I have a question. When Loki finds everyone, they are all on branched timelines, not the Sacred Timeline. So doesn't that mean the lives on these branches could be slightly different or totally different than their original lives on the Sacred Timeline? Sylvie says they're back in their "real lives", but is that even true? 🤔 Also, I know people are theorizing that Don's wife was dusted during the snap, but technically in this branched timeline, the snap might not have happened.

Okay so time to analyze this. I think RGB might be feeling momentary shock but then the realization settles slowly into him that Hero sees HIM as a father figure. I think this may make him to feel warm by the idea because he does really care about and has grown to become really if fond Hero, as much as it may pain him to admit and definitely deeply attached. I think he feels deeply touched yet also panic because of the attachment he knows they have both grown to have after he was so sure he wouldn’t get attached and maybe didn’t consider Hero getting attached too. I think he may also feel and painfully guilty, feeling like he doesn’t deserve to be called Dad by hero by Hero after bringing her to the World of make believe and no longer with the people that were her family she can no longer remember. But she remembers all the times he saved her from danger and made her feel better, but RGB doesn’t remember all those things. Fortunately he does remember some things though, like all the times hero needed emotional support or helped her face her fear of the dark.

He never realized how much hero really cares about him too, not only being a guide in the world of make believe for her but also a guardian who does his best to keep her as safe and feel safe too. They both are attached to each other. After going Negative, Hero would always somehow bring unconscious RGB with her to their next destination. She would find a way to bring him their next destination and continue this adventure and in this journey they have grown to become much closer than when they originally met.

One of my favorite parts we can see the growth in Hero’s attachment that could have been easily missed or read over is when she and RGB meet The thrush-hold Guardian or T.G. She was scared and seeked security by clinging to RGB’s from behind his leg and RGB was going on to TG about looking more friendly as to not frighten Hero. One big one from RGB imo is when he made hero wear her amour before diving into the lake of tears to protect her self although it was already really hot out because of all the sun’s on the sky. When she came back without her amour on her and nearly dissolved he rushed to her aid and gave her his coat to slow her from dissolving and after he gave her a hug she stopped dissolving (well her legs were still getting back to normal but after giving her, the boots she loves back she was okay again.) (okay I’m getting a little side tracked because my brain can’t decided what to think I’m the right order to sound good but this also makes me think about a post I saw about the amour (which means love in French) and how cell said it’s made or filled with love which is much better protection than a armour and a sword how hero had envisioned. Which she took off in the lake of years but RGB’s coat, his hug and her boots were able to stop her from melting and it makes me want to happy scream and eat my squish mallows. Anyways continue)

They both really are attached. RGB making made hero laugh when she was scared as they were confronted by Click, letting her cry about the night mares that got her in the cave and giving her a comforting hug, cracking a few cheesy jokes to make her feel better and doing what he can to make sure hero feels good. He sacrificed himself to get Hero away from the Fears and the Grief, getting her first away from the Nothing knowing he likely couldn’t make it and getting protective of Hero when the butterfly stole her eyes. They booth really care about each other and it’s just so 🤌📈 💖💥💯🚁

Ramble/ theory(I think ?): What if by calling RGB dad,Hero causes an ever so slight small shift in the world of make believe? Because she’s the Hero and what she does has the potential to impact this world. Like how right now they are a both a ‘what’, a guide/monster/guardian and a Hero. But can you be a who and a what. What if by calling RGB dad this also changes the kind of ‘what’ that they both are? Because RGB is multiple what’s so could hero also be multiple what’s or also a who? Or do who’s not have a great part in this world. Like a father and a daughter are what’s but they are also who’s, so could this apply here too? They are not the who’s that they used to be before being in The World of Make Believe (TWoMB) but a different kind of who because they are more of a what than a who in this world. (Idk if I’m making any sense I’m in three hours I’d sleep but I hope someone understands what I’m trying to say)

Ramble #2:

I’m SO EXCITED and SCARED to see how RGB will react to Hero calling him dad and the anticipation has me on the verge of COMBUSTING.

I feel like actually he might brush it off with minor panic thinking she can’t m possibly think if RGB as a father and just feel bad for taking her from her family.

Or

He will become a slight emotional train wreck for a good minute and then not tell hero in the morning that she called him dad in her sleep and act as of nothing happened with just more attachment and deeper fear of loosing her. (If this were to happen I feel like next time the fears come and if one gets him Hero may assume it would drag him to a water source but then for some reason tries to take her away or try to hurt her. If hero was struck though, I’m not exactly sure what she’s afraid of besides the dark but I’m maybe also something to do with getting separated from RGB or something happening to him.)

Okay my previous brain ramble and analysis is done I just agh I freaking love this story, I could write pages upon pages of how much I love it. It’s just so cleverly written and gives the perfect amount of all sorts of feelings and things existing with clever names and meanings and hat they do, it’s just so AGHHH it’s oh so delicious.
