Ingredients:

1 9inch unbaked pie crust

1 cup light corn syrup

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

3 eggs, slightly beaten

1/3 cup of butter, melted

1/4 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of vanilla

1 1/2 cups whole pecans

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the pecans.

Pour into unbaked pie crust

Sprinkle with the pecans

When oven is preheated, bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool completely before serving. Serves eight.
