guys HOLY CRAP i just prevented a binge in the best way possible. I was thinking about making nachos all night and i finally went to the kitchen to make them but as i was looking around the fridge for some hot sauce and veg cheese i saw some romaine. ooomg what a life saver, i put hot sauce on the lettuce and it had the perfect crunchy texture and killed the craving amazingly, wow im in such a good mood now a huge nacho binge ended up only being like 30 calories
